需要修理的部件名称部分可分以下几种情况：
1.对已发现的故障采用的格式为：
故障部件名称 +found + 表示故障的形容词、过去或现词、介词短语
如：

2.对估计可能出现的故障采用的格式：

Repair List of M/V ZHENJIAN(4/1972)
Engine Department:
1.Main engine: Rostock-M.N. K9Z 70/120 A5 8150 bhp at 130 rpm? Auxiliary engine: SKI-8NVD 36.1 408 BHP 500rpm
a) The deflection of crankshaft web（拐档差） of main engine to be measured once before and after repair.Report in fourfold to be handed over to ship.
b) Nos. 2,3,4,6&7 cylinder covers of main engine to be disconnected, dismantled, cooling space cleaned chemically and hydraulic pressure tested up to 6
kg/cm 2 . The lower part of Nos. 2&6 cylinder covers and all packing & rubber rings to be renewed with ship’s stores.
c) Nos. 2,3,4,6&7 pistons with piston rod stuffing boxes to be disconnected and withdrawn, dissembled, cleaned and checked, then refitted in order.
5pistons to be hydraulically tested up to 6 kg/cm2 after renewing all packing and rubber rings in the cooling space with ship’s spare, piston rings and grooves to be measured, piston rings and piston bottom packing rings to be renewed with ship’s spare if necessary.
5 pistons fitted without piston rings, alignment of the cylinders and guides to be checked.
5 piston rod stuffing boxes to be overhauled and segment ring to be readjusted.
d) First ring groove of Nos. 4&7 pistons to be built up by welding,then annealed （退火）and machined to standard size.
e) Nos. 3,4,6&7 cylinder liners of main engine to be drawn out for inspection and measurement, water space of cylinder jacket and liner to be cleaned, then refitted with new packing and water space pressure tested at6 kg/cm2.The copper rings of cylinder liner found damaged to be renewed with shipyard’s stores.
f) Nos. 2&5,6 cylinder covers and two sets of spare covers(totally4 sets) of main engine, cracked in way of holes of starting air valve &needle valve, to be repaired by metal-lock（金属扣合法） or welding then hydraulic tested.
g) Nos. 4,7&8 main bearings of main engine to be measured by bridge gauge （桥规） ,opened and tuned out for inspection, remetalled （重浇合金 ） if necessary. The clearance to be measured by means of pressing lead and adjusted to keep in 0.29- 0.34mm.12pcs bolts to be checked.
h) Nos. 2,3&4 crosshead bearings and crank pin bearings to be opened for inspection, any bearing
found damaged to be remetalled & machined. The clearance of bearings to be measured by means of pressing lead （压铅法）and adjusted to keep in0.29- 0.34mm.
i) 20pcs. tie rods（贯穿螺杆） of main engine to be retightened according to instruction book.
j) Nos. 1,2 turbochargers of main engine to be disassembled, cleaned, measured and ressembled in good order.
Nozzle rings of two turbochargers to be renewed with ship’s spares.
Seal rings to be renewed with shipyard stores if necessary.The rotors to be dynamically balanced （动 平衡） if necessary.
(Type: N6 11500rpm)
Remark: measurement report in fourfold for items A1to A10to be handed over to ship.
k) Two sets of lub-oil coolers of main engine (cooling surface 21 sq.m each) to be chemically cleaned on
water and oil sides, pressure tested and fitted. The zinc anodes to be renewed. The end covers if found corroded seriously to be renewed.
l) Nos. 1&4 air coolers of main engine to be removed to shop, chemically cleaned on water and air side, pressured and returned on board and refitted. The zinc anodes to be renewed.
m) One set fresh water cooler of main engine to be cleaned chemically on fresh water side, the tube to be cleaned by wire brush, the zinc anodes to be renewed, the end covers to be chipped（铲削） and painted,then refitted in order after pressure tested.
n) Two sets fuel oil heaters of main engine to be cleaned chemically and pressure tested,then refitted.
o) 2pcs. sea water chest valves（海底门阀） dia. 80mm of main engine lub.oil cooler to be renewed.
p) One pc. of thermometer (Thermocouple type 0-
100℃) of cooling water of No. 4 cylinder of M.E to be renewed with shipyard’s stores.
q) Nos. 1 intermediate bearing nearby tail shaft is oil-leaking and the seal packing to be renewed.
r) One set lub. oil pump (screw pump, type LN106) of main engine to be overhauled. The ball bearings to be renewed.
s) Steam pipe dia. 1and stop valve 3pcs. to be newly installed on the scavenging air box of main engine for fire extinguishing.
t) 1pc. main start-air valve, 1pc. of start-air distributor with control valve, 3pcs. of control slide valves under the hand wheel of maneuvering gear of main engine to be dismantled, cleaned, ground in and refitted in order.
u) Two sets of radial piston pumps(HYDROSTEAR PVISG 100 kg/cm2, 750 rpm) of steering gear to be overhauled, the ball bearings and all seal rings to be
renewed, any part found damaged to be repaired or renewed, then refitted in order and operation test to be carried out.
The seal rings of four pcs. plungers of steering gear to be renewed.
Exercise1
拆修主机推力轴承，推力轴承的间隙检查、测量， 如果必要，则重新调整。
M/E thrust bearings to be removed and repaired, clearances of thrust bearings to be inspected, measured,and readjusted if necessary.
损坏的推力块浇沿，所有的测量数据记录下来，一 式三份交送轮机长。
Damaged thrust blocks to be re-lead, all measurement records to be taken, and handed over to C/E in triplicate.
主机左右舷扫气泵作日常检修，填料函解体，清洁 并调整，所有的盘根及密封圈换新（船供备件）。 Daily inspection and repair for M/E port and starboard sides scavenging pumps to be carried out,
stuffing boxes to be disassembled, cleaned and adjusted, all packing and seal rings to be renewed (with ship’s spare).
主机扫气泵的进排出阀解体检修，清洗并研磨，如 果阀面划痕光车、磨合，阀弹簧检查，如发现损坏， 船方备件更换。阀杆填料全部换新。
Suction and delivery valves of M/E air scavenging pumps to be dismantled for inspection and repair, cleaned and ground, valve surfaces if found scored to be machined up and ground in, valve springs to be checked, replaced with ship’s stores if found damaged. Valve stem/spindle packing to be renewed thoroughly.
Exercise2
二组(two sets of )气缸打开清洁、检查，进行必要的 维修保养工作，如发现损坏部件，用船方备件更换， 按要求进行测量，并记录一式三份交轮机长。
Two sets of cylinders to be opened for cleaning and inspection, essential/necessary maintenance work to be carried out, any parts if found damaged to be
replaced with ship’s spares, measured as per required, and records in three copies to be handed over to C/E.
1. 缸盖二只拆下送厂解体，冷却水侧化学清洗，水 压试验 6 公斤/平方厘米。填料及橡皮圈用船方备件 换新。
2pcs.of cylinder covers to be dismounted and sent to workshop for disassembling, cooling water side to be cleaned up chemically, hydraulic test up to 6 kg/sq cm. Packing and rubber rings to be renewed with ship’s spares.
2. 缸套二只清洁测量，缸壁上的凸起及拉槽（ridge or scores）磨平。扫气口按轮机长指示磨光。
2pcs. of cylinder liners to be cleaned and measured, ridges or scores on cylinder liners to be scratched off. Air scavenging port to be polished according to the instruction of C/E.
4.所有拆下零件装妥并调整好。
All removals to be refitted and adjusted in order. Exercise3
1. 两台空气中间冷却器从扫气箱卸下，海水侧及空 气侧化学清洗。水室（water box）打开内部检查， 同时检查管板，水室装复后水压试验 4 公斤/平方厘 米。冷却器换新衬垫装妥，在扫气通道上各缸的三 通考克装妥。
2pcs. of air intercoolers to be dismounted from air scavenging boxes, sea water and fresh water sides to be cleaned chemically. Water box to be opened for inside inspection, meanwhile tube plate to be inspected, hydraulic test up to 4kgs/sq.cm after reassembling water box. New gasket of cooler to be renewed and refitted in order, three-way cocks on scavenging air ducts for each cylinder to be installed in order.
2.BBC-VTR200 型透平增压器一台拆下运厂。机壳 及转子打开彻底清洁。转子总体平衡试验。轴承用 船方备品换新。密封、喷咀等检查。所有损坏部件 换新，组装后装妥。
One BBC-VTR200 type turbocharger to be
dismounted and sent to workshop. Housing and rotor to be opened for cleaning thoroughly. Rotor assembly to be balancing tested. Bearings to be renewed with ship’s spares. Seals, nozzles and etc. to be checked. All damaged parts to be renewed, refitted in order after reassembling.
3. 两台喷油器淡水冷却器（冷却面积约 3.5 平方米，
Φ200×1500 ㎜）清洗，工程同 319 项。
2pcs. of fresh water cooler for fuel injectors(cooling area: approx. 3.5sq. m., Φ200×1500mm) to be cleaned,as item 319.
2．Refrigrator，Air—condition System，Air Compressor and Air Bottles
a) Provision refrigerator(伙食冰机)．type：XXX—XXXkcal／h The compressor to be dismantled on the spot．All valve plates of the suction and delivery valves and springs to be renewed．Piston rings and oil rings to be inspected and measured，and to be renewed，if any defective to be found．The crank shaft to be transported to workshop．The crank pin to be spray coated（喷涂） and finished to original dimensions, XX pairs of connecting rod bearings to be renewed．The clearance of copper bushes of main bearing to be measured, and renewed, if necessary. The mechanical shaft sealing（机械轴封） to be renewed．All gaskets，rubber seal rings to be renewed. Crank case to be cleaned thoroughly，lubricating oil to be renewed．(The oil to be supplied by ship)．All the above mentioned spares are supplied by owner．
b)One set of main air compressor(type XX．XXm3／h)，intercooler（中冷器） (working pressure is XX MPa) wind／water cooling，made of aluminum，to be dismantled，and shifted to workshop for repair．The leakage in three places to be patched with welding（补焊）／the joint of water draining cock to be rewelded，if weld defect to be found． Hydraulic test up to XXMPa to be carried out． The bolts and cylinder gaskets to be renewed and refitted．
c)Main air bottle，vertical／horizontal type There are two groups in all，each group is XXm 3 Working
pressure is XXMPa ． The manhole to be opened for interior cleanness ， inside to be surveyed by surveyor．Then one coat of special anticorrosive paint to be applied. The gasket of manhole to be renewed，and made in order．Two safety valves to be ground, adjusted and hydraulic tested．The relieving pressure of safety valve is XXMPa，closing pressure is XXMPa．X pieces of stop valves to be opened for grinding．The gasket to be renewed，and refitted in order．All gaskets are supplied by owner.
3．Pumps
a)Fuel Oil booster pump for main engine
Type：XXX
Delivery capacity（排量） ：XXm3／h，Horizontal gear pump The discharging pressure of the pump can't meet the requirements．The pump to be dismantled and examined．The driving gear（主动齿轮） ，driven gear （被动齿轮）and both end bearings to be inspected， and to be renewed with ship's spare if necessary． The clearance between gear and pump cover to be inspected and adjusted．The safety valve to be opened， checked and ground．After the pump is refitted in order，a trial run to be carried out．
b)Main engine seawater pump
Type：X X X
Delivery capacity：X X m3／h
Vertical centrifugal pump：X stage
The water leaked from shaft seal seriously，and the pressure is low．The motor to be removed．The pump to be dismantled on the spot．The impeller，pump shaft，shaft sleeve（轴套） and the bottom carbon bearing to be inspected，and to be renewed with ship's spare，if any defects to be found．Ball bearing and mechanical shaft seal to be renewed with ship's spare. The gaskets to be renewed，and X pcs of double end studs and nuts to be renewed (M12.XXmm)．X X sets of coupling bolts and rubber sleeves to be renewed with ship's spare．
c)Bilge pump
Type：X X X
Delivery capacity：XXm3／h
Reciprocating duplex pump（往复式双作用泵）
The pump to be dismantled on the spot．Two pistons to be drawn out and rubber rings to be renewed， Cylinder liner to be measured． The protrudes （突出）near the upper and bottom dead center to be bored in workshop．
The diameter of piston rod to be measured，inspected，and a new piston rod to be replaced (made by factory)．Suction and delivery valves to be taken off，inspected and ground．Two valves may be skimmed with lathe，Cotter pin（开口销） to be renewed，and refitted．
Gear box to be opened up for inspection．A11 gear oil to be renewed．All packing and gaskets to be renewed (spares to be supplied by ship)．
4．Piping and Valves
a) Main sea water cooling pipe of auxiliary engine (zinc—coated pipe镀锌管)， XX mm XX LXXm， one bending （弯头） ： XX， and two pieces of flanges， XX pcs of bolts (M12)， and gaskets to be renewed， the old pipe to be taken Off.
b) One flexible connecting pipe to be installed additionally to the fresh water discharging pipe of turbocharger of main engine．One piece of XXmm and L XXm flexible connecting pipe (flange connection)， two flanges 8 sets of bolts and nuts (M10X50 mm) to be supplied to ship．Two fixed supports to be added in suitable positions.
