不同产地石菖蒲中丁香酚含量的比较

[摘要] 目的比较不同产地石菖蒲中丁香酚的含量，从中筛选出较优种质资源，为建立菖

蒲属种质资源快繁体系提供科学依据。方法采用石油醚冷浸法提取样品，以丁香酚为对照品，进行薄层色谱鉴定，并在270 nm处用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果长沙县产石菖蒲中丁香酚平均含量为26.99 μg/ml，宁乡县产的为14.49 μg/ml。结论长沙县产的石菖蒲中丁香酚含量高于宁乡县产。

A comparative study on the content of eugenol in Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii from different parts

[Abstract] Objective To compare the content of eugenol in Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii from different regions，and to sift better germplasm resources.So that we can provide scientific basis for establish a rapid propagation system of Acorus germplasm resources. Methods Samples were extracted by petroleum quenching，identified by TLC with eugenol as reference substance，then the eugenol content were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method at 270 nm. Results The eugenol content of the samples produced in Changsha County Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii was 26.99 μg/ml，the eugenol content of samples produced in Ningxiang yield was 14.49 μg/ml. Conclusion The eugenol content of samples produced in Changsha County Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii is higher than that produced in Ningxiang yield.

石菖蒲是中医常用的芳香开窍药，有化湿开胃、开窍豁痰、醒神益智的功效。临床广泛用于癫痫、痰厥、热病神昏、健忘、中风失语、耳鸣、阿尔茨海默病等的治疗。据研究，石菖蒲中含有多种单萜类成分、倍半萜化合物、松香烷型二萜类化合物、芳香族化合物（α-细辛醚，β-细辛醚，丁香酚等），丁香酚是主要活性成分之一，具有抗菌、健胃的作用，与β-细辛醚配伍能有效治疗阿尔茨海默病[1-9]。
