【摘要】Objective The aim of the present study was to investigate in a rabbit model the changes in gallbladder functions,dynamics of bile flow,and the ratio of diversion induced after Rouxen-Y cholecystocolonic anastomosis.Methods Twenty-four young rabbits were divided into 3 groups: (1) normal control (NC;n=8),(2) 30 cm long loop group (LLG;n=8) and (3) 10 cm short loop group (SLG;n=8).Group Ⅱ or Ⅲ underwent Roux-en-Y cholecysto-colonic anastomosis with a 30 or 10 cm length ROUX loop,and group underwent sham operation.1 month later,quantitative hepatobiliary scintigraphy was performed to detect the parameters of biliary dynamics using regions of interest(ROI) technology.Results All the rabbits survived after surgery.Bile flow was diverted into distal colon from the gallbladder directly without a jejunal conduit.In the short loop group,E20 and E35 values were (77.27 ± 6.15) %and (90.39 ± 1.49) % respectively.That is to say,gallbladder emptying in SLG was more rapidly than the other two groups.Moreover,the ratio of bile shunt was 0.547 ± 0.182,which was also more than the ratio in LLG (0.289 ± 0.024,P<0.05).The activitytime curve for the GB in LLG was wave-like.Conclusions Scintigraphy 99mTc-EH(l)DA to assess the ratio of
