我国食品防腐剂行业发展现状与问题分析

【摘要】本文介绍了我国食品防腐剂行业生产企业的分布情况，行业发展格局及变化，

行业发展水平与世界发达国家存在差距的现状；分析了我国食品防腐剂行业中部分新型防腐剂无统一标准，复配防腐剂存在产品标签标注不规范、产品超范围使用的质量安全隐患，食品生产企业对食品防腐剂认识不够问题的存在。

Analysis of Present Situation and Problems of Development of China's Food Preservative Industry

Abstract： This paper introduces the distribution of production enterprises in China's food preservative industry，the development pattern and changes of the industry and the status quo of the gap between the industrial development level and the developed countries in the world. It also analyzes that there is no uniform standard for some new types of preservatives in the food preservative industry in China. With preservatives， there are hidden dangers of quality and safety in the labeling of product labels and overuse of products， and there is an insufficient understanding of food preservatives by food manufacturers.

防腐剂是在不改变食品品质和营养成分的基础上，通过抑制有害微生物的生长繁殖，从而防止食品腐败变质，延长保质期的食品添加剂。人类很早就开始了对食品防腐方法的探求，例如烟熏制、高糖蜜制、高盐腌制、隔绝氧气、低温存放等。在当时这些防腐方法确实简便、经济、实用，但是随着食品工业的迅猛发展，人们对新鲜食品的需求不断增强，传统的防腐方法已经无法满足现代食品工业发展的需要，因此防腐成本更低、保质期更长、操作更简便的食品防腐剂的产生成为必然。
