浅析客舱服务中的餐饮服务毕业论文

摘要

伴随着全球经济一体化进程，我国航空市场也在逐步向世界开放。航空餐饮是航空服务与成本的组成元素之一，随着我国的航空事业的不断发展，作为航空行业的重要地组成部分的“飞机餐饮服务”行业，未来也是一片光明。但是由于环境的特殊性，因此，客舱服务中的餐饮服务不管是对于餐饮人员来讲还是对于服务人员来讲都是非常大的一个挑战，因此，如何完善客舱服务中的餐饮服务，是非常具有现实作用的。本次论文首先就是要讨论一下客舱服务中的餐饮服务的相关的概念，特点等问题，在对客舱的餐饮服务有一定的了解之后，就来浅谈一下餐饮服务的重要性，包括了国内外对于餐饮服务的不同理解，餐饮服务对于客舱整体服务的重要性，最后又根据实际情况，简单探讨了下如何做好餐饮服务。

Abstract

With the development of air services, the proportion of male flight attendants in flight rising. Compared with the fine service of the female flight attendants, male flight attendants tend to give visitors a great sense of security and responsibility. In addition, the male flight attendants have special advantages in physical, psychological, shape, and overall quality of its position in the minds of passengers gradually increase in the flight's mission is deepening.

In this paper, the author learned expertise, combined with peer exchanges and their own experience, the special mission of trying to discusses the male flight attendants in the air service. Through the case and summarize the analysis, in the active sense of service, from the male flight attendants, cabin safety, handling of emergencies, the response of long-haul flights and the quality of comprehensive ability, discusses the arguments commence. The resulting: male flight attendants have the advantage of an irreplaceable part of the female flight attendants; and special role in the civil aviation industry will become increasingly specialized.
