装置设两段定时限过流保护。Ⅰ段相当于速断段，电流按躲过启动电流整定，在电动机起动完毕后自动下降一半。这样即可以有效地躲过电动机的巨大启动电流，又可以保证电动机正常起动后提供防备严重的过负荷造成的堵转保护。动作时限可整定, 对于用断路器控制的电动机整定时间一般较短，而用接触器控制的电动机整定时间一般较长，可选择整定为0.3秒,该段主要对电动机短路提供保护。 Ⅱ段是定时限过流段，在电动机启动完毕后自动投入，该段电流也可根据启动电流或堵转电流整定，主要对电动机启动时间过长和运行中堵转提供保护。 本装置设置二段相间过流保护,各段的投退控制定值可独立控制各段的使用情况。投退控制定值取值含义都为： 0:退出, 1:投入 相间过流保护设有软压板，只有软压板和投退控制定值均为投入时，相应的保护段才投入。 2.3 负序过流保护 负序电流保护主要针对各种非接地性不对称故障，出现较大的负序电流，而负序电流将在转子中产生2倍工频的电流，使转子附加发热大大增加，危及电动机的安全运行。 装置设置两段定时限负序过流保护，Ⅰ段可用作断相保护，Ⅱ段可用作不平衡保护。 Ⅰ段控制定值取值含义如下： 0:退出，1：跳闸 Ⅱ段控制定值I22nf取值含义如下： 0:退出，1：跳闸，2：告警 其中负序过流Ⅱ段可通过反时限控制字定值选择该段采用定时限还是反时限特性. 负序Ⅱ段反时限控制取值含义如下： 0：定时限，1：一般反时限，2：非常反时限，3：极端反时限 可选择使用下面三个标准的反时限特性之一。反时限特性电流基准值I P为相间反时限保护电流基准定值Ii，反时限特性时间常数t P为相间反时限保护时间常数tIi。

...... 5.检查及维护 为保证电机连续安全可靠使用，必须及时进行检查和维护，查出隐患防止故障扩大。建议按以下准则进行检查和维护工作。 5.1.电机在运行时的常规检查 建议要经常检查润滑系统及所有油位表中的油位。通过油环观察窗查看油环的旋转情况。如果发现漏油，应查明原因并加以纠正，要注意监视润滑油的变色及污染的情况。 注意任何噪声或振动的突然增大或过大，并应迅速纠正。 在连续运行期间应定期检查轴承温度，至少每天一次。 5.2.维护计划 对于一般使用条件下的电机，推荐以下维护计划的检查内容。 5.2.1.每星期的检查 a）在提供的测温装置处测量温度，这是为了测量定子绕组、冷却空气及轴承的温度（例如埋入式电阻测温元件）； b）检查和监听整台电机是否有不正常的机械噪声或者出现变化的响声（例如摩擦或敲击声等）； c）当采用水—空热交换器装置时，用目测检查水管是否漏水； d）当采用过滤器装置时，用目测检查过滤器的沾污程度； e）用手检查或用温度计（如果装有）在测温装置处测量并记录轴承温度。 5.2.2.每月的检查

JD1A—40电磁调速电动机控制装置是由速度调节器、移相触发器、可控硅整流电路及速度负反馈等环节所组成。 图1为装置原理方框图。图2为装置的电气原理图。图3为装置的移相触发各点波形图。从图1-图4可知，二种线路的工作原理都是相同的。速度指令信号电压和调速负反馈信号电压比较后，其差值信号被送入速度调节器（或前置放大器）进行放大，放大后的信号电压与锯齿波叠加，控制了晶体管的导通时刻，产生了随着差值信号电压改变而移动的脉冲，从而控制了可控硅的开放角，使滑差离合器的激磁电流得到了控制，即滑差离合器的转速随着激磁电流的改变而改变。由于速度负反馈的作用，使电磁调速电动机实现恒转矩无极调速。 从图2-图3可知，JD1A—40型的速度指令信号电压是由装在控制箱面板上的速度操作电位器产生的。 5.结构、安装接线说明与注意事项： 5,1控制器的结构为塑料密封结构。具有IP5X的防尘等级，可用于面板嵌入式或墙挂式安装，底部进线，接线如图5，其外形尺寸安装方法如图4图6所示。 5.2安装使用前，须用500伏兆欧表检查控制器绝缘电阻，其阻值不应低于1兆欧，如达不到要求须进行干燥，干燥温度不应超过45℃，以免损坏元件。 5.3在拖动电机未起动情况下，不要单独操作控制器，以免控制器或烧毁调速电动机激磁线圈。 6.调整与试运行： 6.1检查熔断丝规格及转速表指针是否在零位。接线是否正确。 6.2接通电动机电源、检查旋转方向是否与被托动机械一致 6.3试车时。先起动异步电动机，再接通控制器电源，指示灯亮，旋动调速旋钮，此时转速表上读数逐渐上升，根据需要可将转速调至某一数值稳定下来。6.4转速表指示值校正，按顺时针方向转动给定电位器W1与任意位置，用机械转速表或其他仪表检查调速电机的实际转速与转速表指示值，不一样时调校表电位器W3。 6.5按顺时针方向转动给定电位器W2至最大时，调节反馈电位器W2使转速表符合表1的规定。
