赣州市过敏性疾病与野苋菜花粉的相关性研究*

摘要：目的：了解野苋菜花粉在赣州市区过敏性疾病中的作用。方法：选择486例赣州市区临床诊断为过敏性疾病的病人，用野苋菜花粉提取液做皮试，并测定其总IgE，联系野苋菜花粉调查研究结果，进行统计学分析。结果：野苋菜花粉皮试阳性为288例，阳性率为59．3%；花粉皮试总阳性率为55．8%。野苋菜花粉皮试阳性和阴性患者间的总IgE有明显差异（P＜0．01）。结论：野苋菜花粉是赣州市区过敏性疾病的主要变应原之一。

Abatract：Objective：To study the relationship of Amaranthaceae pollen with allergic diseases arroud Ganzhou．Methods：Selecting486patients determinded allergic diseases by clinic diagnosis．The Intracutaueous test（IT）was performed with extract of amaranthus pollen and their total sera IgE was determinded．The counts，and seasonal variation of airborne ama-ranthus pollen was determined．Results：Patients with positive IT of extract of amaranthaceae pollen is288（59．3%）．Compared to the total sera IgE，the singificant difference between patients with positive and negative PT of amaranthaceae pollen was recognized．allergic diseases associate with Amaranthaceae pollen is correlated with the counts of Amaran-thaceae pollen in air．Conclusion：Amaranthaceae pollen is an important allergen of allergic desease arroud Ganzhou．

过敏性疾病主要是由于吸入各种过敏原出现的速发型变态反应［1］。野苋菜花粉是其重要的气传变应原，但野苋菜花粉与赣州市区过敏性疾病的关系研究未见相关报道。选择赣州市区临床诊断为过敏性哮喘的患者196例，过敏性鼻炎患者154例，过敏性皮炎患者136例，合计486例；用野苋菜花粉提取物作皮试，并测定各个病人的血清总IgE，记录结果，联系野苋菜花粉调查研究结果进行统计学分析。现将研究结果报告如下。

1对象和方法

1．1对象选择赣州市区临床诊断为过敏性疾病的患者［总IgE测定大于400kUA/L（干国际单位/升，已被WHO认可）（最大为1437kUA/L、最小为406kUA/L）、嗜碱性粒细胞脱颗粒试验（Human basophil degranulation test HDBT）阳性（+）］486例，其中，过敏性哮喘的患者196例，年龄3 69岁（平均25．7岁），男82例，女114例；过敏性鼻炎患者154例，年龄4 63岁（平均31．5岁），男70例，女84例；过敏性皮炎患者136例，年龄3 59岁（平均30．3岁），男76例，女60例。选用20份无过敏性疾病史及野苋菜花粉皮试阴性的健康血清作对照。

1．2变应原野苋菜花粉及其它花粉提取物，皮试浓度为1?100（重量?体积），均从广州医学院变态反应科购进。
