13.当地GDP、政策支持、技术供给之所以未对软件园的经济绩效产生影响,是因为在对经济绩效的效应上,15个软件园的各项环境指标差异不大(精确分析(Exact Test)p=0.45),本文讨论中将作进一步分析

15.对于小集团网络为何未对软件园的经济绩效产生影响,我们进一步进行了分析.从调研和分析发现,小集团网络的产生机制主要是政策支持和技术供给造成的,其中又以政府行为为主.政府建立小集团网络的根本目的是对软件园的经济绩效、特别是出口经济绩效进行提高.因此,目前软件园小集团网络的主要表现形式是出口联盟,是政府和企业为了提高出口额而建立的.由于当前小集团网络在软件园中的比重还比较小,不足以对整个软件园的经济绩效产生明显的效益.因此,小集团网络对软件园总体经济绩效的影响未显现出来.从小集团网络对软件园经济绩效中出口额的分析发现,回归系数为0.729(p《0.01),十分显著,adj-R2=0.585
16.收入数据采用常用对数.本文的数据虽然进行了标准化,但因为交互项不是标准化数据,为了便于比较,后面的模型均未使用标准化系数
17.中心化网络指园区内很多企业是已经成形的大型企业或者上市企业,软件园主要的经济增长来自这些主干企业的
贡献,园区的主要创业网络都是围绕这些大型软件企业展开,使软件园创业网络呈现核心大企业为主,其它企业为辅的格局.小集团网络是园区内部的很多企业按照行业的特点,由政府牵头或是自发形成、具备一定完备产业链的企业联盟.这些联盟形成了一个个小子群,子群内部企业互相协作,高度融合,形成联盟合力,共同完成软件项目,实现企业的强强联合
