实验中学中考体育训练计划焦乐乐一、指导思想以“健康第一”为宗旨，提高学生身体素质和考试项目的运动技能，重点加强训练学生中考项目，纠正学生的技术动作，全面提高学生身体素质。培养学生刻苦耐劳、积极进取、勇于拼搏等意志品质和团队精神。在抓中考项目训练中，应以教师为主导，以学生为主体，以身心健康为基础，以训练为主线，以能力为目标的新型的训练模式进行。同时还必须依靠学校领导和各班主任的积极配合、加强学校安全教育、医务监督，使训练有组织、安全有序地进行。二、训练目标 1、通过集体学习、分组练习、使学生尽快掌握技术动作要领和运动技能。 2、发展学生的速度、力量、灵敏、协调、柔韧等身体素质，促进学生终身体育的形成。 3、更重要的是提高学生中考体育成绩。三、训练内容今年九年级体育考试项目是必考项目1000米(男生)、800米（女生）、选考项目是立定跳远、跳绳、坐位体前屈、实心球、篮球运球、排球运球六选二。四、根据我校的实际情况，确保体育组能够顺利完成任务，特制定本计划：以课堂教学为主与课外练习相结合，同学们可根据自己的实际情况进行有选择的训练。但要求同学们一定要在每次的训练过程中必须围绕自己的弱项强化练习，认真完成各组的练习任务。分清主次安排好各项练习时间比例。

五、具体训练内容动作技术要领和练习方法等安排： (注：因基本无人报考篮球运球、排球运球，所以没有技术要领和练习方法) 中考体育考试项目之【男：1000M ，女：800M】（男生满分为3分40秒、女生为3分25秒）中长跑讲究在跑的过程中要匀速。一般情况下都是匀速跑成绩最好但也不排除最后要冲一下。根据自己的训练水平，在比赛起跑时，都要猛冲一下，不要慌，冲几十米就会慢下来。然后，保持自己的速度，最好是跟随跑，就是跟上一个与自己水平差不多的人。注意呼吸，要三步一呼，三步一吸。就是向前跑三个单步，一直保持吸气，再跑三个单步，一直呼气。如果气短，做不到，就改成二步一呼二步一吸。注意：嘴不要张的太大，否则，进冷气会肚子痛。如果是400米标准场地，就是两圈半，在最后200米时，要用尽全身力气，向前冲，这时可以大口呼吸，直到冲过终点。一定能取得好成绩。
