高校文化建设与道德培养的关系研究综述

摘要高校文化建设和道德培养是高校精神文明建设的重要内容，在人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用，随着研究的深入，二者的关系逐渐成为高等教育的重要课题。学界对高校文化建设与道德培养关系的研究较少，本文拟从高校文化建设、道德培养、高校文化建设和道德培养关系三个层面梳理当前的研究轮廓，在此基础上指出存在的问题。

Abstract Culture and moral development is an important part of university spiritual civilization construction， plays an important role in the process of personnel training， with further research，the relationship between the two has become an important issue in higher education. Academic research on the culture and moral cultivation of university relations less paper from the cultural，moral development， university culture and moral cultivation of university relations carding three levels of current research outline， on this basis， pointing out problems.

高校文化建设与道德培养是高校精神文明建设的两个重要方面，长期以来，学界对此进行了不断的研究。随着研究的深入，高校文化建设与道德培养的关系也引起了人们的重视，梳理和总结学界对高校文化建设和道德培养关系的研究可以为进一步的研究奠定基础、提供方向，梳理目前国内的研究，高校文化建设与道德培养关系的研究主要有以下几个方面：

1 高校文化建设研究

文化作为一个上位概念，在不同的领域必然有不同的表现，反映到高校即表现为高校文化。而“高校文化”这一概念萌芽于1986年4月在上海交通大学召开的第12届学代会，当时有学者提出“校园文化”的概念。当时所说的“校园文化”其实指的就是“高校校园文化”，即“高校文
