经尿道前列腺电切手术并发症及防治措施探讨

摘要目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切手术（TURP）治疗患者并发症及其防治措施。方法：2011年11月-2013年11月收治良性前列腺增生患者108例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：108例TURP患者手术发生并发症20例，发生率18.52%，其中术后出血10例（7例膀胱冲洗后再次牵引导管止血，3例再次电切镜止血）、6例尿道狭窄（定期尿道扩张处理）、3例尿失禁（膀胱造瘘处理）、1例尿道电切综合征（利尿脱水剂、吸氧、抗心衰等处理），皆在对症处理后痊愈。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生患者，手术并发症病因复杂，应及时做好相关的预防与对症处理，才能降低并发症发生率，提高患者生存质量。

Abstract Objective：To explore the complications and prevention and control measures of transurethral resection of the prostate operation.Methods：108 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from November 2011 to November 2013.Clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed.Results：In 108 TURP patients，complications occurred in 20 patients （8.52%），including postoperative hemorrhage in 10 cases（7 cases received hemostasis with again pulling catheter after irrigation of bladder，3 cases received hemostasis with electricity cut mirror again），6 cases of urethral stricture（regular urethral dilatation treatment），3 cases of urinary incontinence（urinary bladder fistula treatment），1 case of transurethral resection syndrome （diuresis dehydration，oxygen，anti heart failure treatment）.All patients were cured by symptomatic treatment.Conclusion：Benign prostatic hyperplasia patients are treated with transurethral resection of the prostate operation，and the etiology of operation complications are complex.We should do a good job in related prevention and treatment，in order to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
