让英语与音乐共鸣

摘要：新课程标准“以学生的发展为本”的教学理念始终指引着我的英语教学，它要求教学必须以学生的学习基础、学生需要、学习兴趣等为出发点，联系学生的校内外生活，让课堂成为学生个性发展的过程。

关键词：英语与音乐共鸣课堂教学

作为英语教师的我，对音乐有着别样的钟爱。音乐中包含着情感，充满着想象，其实这情感的源头是在听众的心中，这想象的翅膀生在欣赏者身上。不是音乐在激动，而是音乐使我们激动；不是音乐在幻想，而是我们在幻想。让学生用心灵走进音乐，学生获得的不仅仅是知识，更是生命意义的建构。既然音乐有着如此神奇的作用，为何不将音乐与英语教学有机结合起来进行尝试呢？

在教授Go For It 九年级I like music that I can dance to.单元时，我就尝试了一下让英语与音乐进行整合，自我感觉效果不错，愿与大家交流一下。本单元以I like music that I can dance to.为中心话题，围绕关系代词“that, who ”的用法，通过学习由关系代词引导的定语从句，让学生学习谈论自己的喜好，培养他们的审美情趣。教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关，容易引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学习活动中，学生通过谈论自己的喜好，促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流来增进情谊。

本课时采用的是任务型语言教学模式。

首先，为了吸引学生的注意力，激发学生兴趣，我播放了几段不同种类的音乐。学生们听得很认真，脸上充满了微笑。我顺势引导他们谈论音乐的种类以及询问喜欢的音乐类型，这既激活了旧知识，又为下边的导入新课做好铺垫。学生们兴致勃勃的谈论自己的喜好，也为课堂打好了情感铺垫。

其次，播放卡通人物跳舞的动画自然导出本课标题“I like music that I can dance to.”又通过听一段音乐，在介绍音乐的同时进而出示新单词prefer、gentle 、lyric 重点讲述prefer 用法。该导入环节培养了学生对音乐的审美情趣。

为了使学习能够更容易接受和理解定语从句，我将以前学过的含有定语从句的句子展示出来，出示了更多有关音乐的that 引导定语从句的例句，让他们感知一下，紧接着做Section A, 1b 听力部分，有效的降低了学生的学习难度。为了达到对新知识的巩固，及时进行口语训练，让学生模仿新句式谈论他们所喜欢的音乐类型，激发学生英语学习的兴趣运用英语的能力。安排小组合作学习，调查本组甚至其它组同学的喜好并做好记录。然后每组选出一名“发言人”汇报调查情况。各小组回答结束后，教师要进行评价，及时纠正错误，从而突破难点、突出重点。

再次，我让他们听几首脍炙人口的流行歌曲，课堂气氛再次活跃起来，学生们迅速说出了歌名及歌手，进一步导出who引导的定语从句，并进行针对性训练完成听力任务Section A, 2a ,2b。

最后，我布置了一个写作训练任务，要求学生写出自己喜欢的音乐类型、歌手及歌曲。要求是必须运用新句式结构。此时，同学们很开心的拿出纸笔完成任务。１０分钟后，找几个同学朗读自己的范文。令我吃惊的是，同学们作文中语法错误少较，内容又很丰富，我给予了热情鼓励和客观评价，并补充了如何润色英语作文。在我读完范文后，同学们自觉的去改作文。
