Job Summary:

The Design Engineer is responsible for new product design and development which includes design concepts, CAD solid models, final released product design, prototype development, completion of all required documentation, product approval and transfer of product into production. The Design engineer is also responsible for the maintenance of product including product change management and interface with departments like purchasing, manufacturing engineering and quality control. This candidate must be able to communicate fluently in mandarin and English.

Responsibilities:

1. Creation of design concepts for new product;
2. Final product design for new products;
3. Provide technical support throughout product life cycle;
4. BOM set up and related ERP system maintenance;
5. Have strong sense& principle to follow ISO procedures and customer requirements;
6. Know well ISO9001/TS16949 quality system, It is preferred to know AS9100 requirement and Boeing audit.


Other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
2. Strong analytical background including Engineering principles;
3. Metals & plastics manufacturing & processing methodologies;
4. Skillfully to use Pro-E, AutoCAD;
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Promote and drive growth of Amphenol Medical Solutions products & capabilities
-Defend, maintain, and grow “Existing & New” business within Region, or set of Accounts
-Creation of Annual Sales Plan for Region/Accounts
-Accountable for achieving Sales Plan within Region/Accounts
-Developing and managing customer relationships within Region/Accounts
-Creating & Executing Winning Customer Strategies
-Presentations, Technology Days/Forums
-Increase New Business Opportunities Pipeline
-Qualifying Opportunities & Submitting technical New Product Sales quote requests
-Increase Pipeline of Opportunities to grow Assignment
-Tracking & Reporting Monthly Sales Performance for Assignment
-Weekly Sales Reports
-Forecasting, planning, budgeting
-Sales Meeting preparation & participation, as appropriate

Requirements:
-5 years OEM sales experience, preferably in relevant medical markets, products, technologies & capabilities
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Marketing or Management
-Excellent communication & computer skills required
-Strong relationships and reputation
-Proven Ability to bring Value to Customers and Employer
-Results oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently out of home office
-Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, and ability to multi-task

Travel:
-Travel required in order to defend, pioneer, and develop new Medical accounts
-Travel to various Amphenol Divisions required to drive projects
-Travel for training, sales meetings, trade shows, or other sales & marketing f

unctions
-International travel may be required to escort customers & promote Amphenol facilities

Requirement:
- Degree holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years experience in Home appliance manufacturing of which 5 years managerial experience in leading an engineering team
- Sound knowledge and experience in the following area
1. switch design
2. Switching mode charger design
3. Li-ion battery technology
4. AC/DC convertion
5. Transformer technology
6. DC theory & technology
- Working experience in multinational company is an advantage
- Good command of written English
- Excellent problem solving capabilities and effective communication skill
- Good understand of various PCBA production process including wave-soldering, SMT technology etc.

Key Responsibility:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of electrical design, Electrical specifications and the technical management of electrical suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Being a member of the Group Engineering Department; the incumbent provides technical support from the group level to plants, licensees, joint ventures, customers, and project engineering in application of materials, chemical process, and
mechanical technology.
2. Plans and performs development projects for materials and mechanical improvements. Develops objectives, project criteria and budgets. Initiates and evaluates actions to meet agreed objectives and criteria.
3. Implements programs to introduce and qualify new materials, products, processes, and/or equipment in plants and with our customers. Originates test packs, and leads acceptance tests and evaluations through

various lab services.
4. Develops and participates in technical liaison with customers and suppliers to improve products, processes, and equipment.
5. Provides liaison and technical support to other disciplines: manufacturing, engineering, sales, production engineering, and purchasing.
6. Contributes to and assists in the dissemination of process and manufacturing technology within the company through the container and tooling specification (CTS) book, vendor specification (VS) and customer specification (CS) files, bills of materials, information bulletins, material authorization forms (MAF), etc.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2. Minimum 2 years’ related working experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft word/excel/powerpoint
4. Good command of English (both verbal and written) and Putonghua
5. Require short-term and long-term travel
6. Works in both office and manufacturing environments

Responsibilities:

- Reports to Design Manager.
- Provide and fine tune product design from preliminary concept, prototypes, pilot run to mass production stage.
- Provide mechanical solution to improve performance, reliability and manufacturability of new products.
- Deliver product specifications and drawings to project engineers and QA department.
- Provide technical support and trouble shooting analysis.
- Work closely with QA, Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 years working experience in design environment, at least 2 years of which in the Home Appliance field is a Must.
- Hands on experience in product design and mechanical debug.
- Proficient in Pro-E is a Must and familiar with FMEA and DFM analysis.
- Knowledge of plastic tool construction and molding characteristics is essential.
- Good command of English, Mandarin.
- Work and station in our Shenzhen China plant.

Requiremens:

1. With the solid knowledge on automotive related electronic product (which like Ultrasonic Packing Assistance system, Rain Light Tunnel Sensor,etc);
2. With the capability to define the product system requirement on software features, hardware features, environment test requirement, customer demand review;
3. Understand the communication protocol of CAN ( Controller Area Network) and LIN (Local Interconnect Network) and base on those to offer customer a proposal for their application;
4.With solid file creation skill by Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel ,etc to delivery the project document in English and Chinese;
5. Excellent communication skill in internal and external (English speaking, listening, writing, also excellent on Chinese);
6.Good team player to work with PTM or another project team member;
7.Work active, high efficiency, carefully/detail and quality in&out;
8.4 years or above working experience in same position or similar is desirous;
9.No male/female limitation;
