加强新形势下陆军装备保障能力建设的思考

摘要：为加快提升新形势下陆军装备保障能力，确保作战任务顺利完成，从基本内涵入手，分析新形势下陆军装备保障能力建设的基本要求及核心问题，提出加强新形势下陆军装备保障能力建设应创新基本编组样式和保障方式、规范装备抢救抢修行动、实现野战化保障手段系列配套、深挖装备保障防卫战术等措施。

关键词：装备保障；能力建设；陆军

Abstract ：To promote army equipment support capacity in new situation and ensure the accomplishment of operation tasks ，the paper firstly introduces the connotation of army equipment support capacity．Then ，it analyzes the basic requirements and core issues of army equipment support capacity construction in new situation．Finally ，it puts forward following sugges-tions for strengthening army equipment support capacity construction ：creating marshalling style and support patterns ，standardizing equipment rescue and repair actions ，realizing matching field support means ，and digging equipment support defense tactics．

战，使得陆军担负的作战任务呈现多元化趋势，给

装备保障提出了新的更高要求。作战任务的多元

化、一体化，要求陆军装备保障必须把加强新形势

下保障能力建设作为重点，进入“跨越式”发展新

轨道，不断提高装备保障质量与效益，从而更好地发挥陆军的作用。1新形势下陆军装备保障能力的基本内涵装备保障能力是一定条件下实施保障行动和完成保障任务的实际能力［1］。其作为军队作战能
