摘要

针对传统的喷泉控制系统一旦设计好控制电路,就不能随意改变喷水花样及喷水时间等问题,本设计结合西门子S7-200可编程控制器设计能适应不同季节、不同场合的喷水要求目的的花样喷泉系统。花样喷泉控制系统的主要任务就是改变喷泉的喷水样式,以达到有规律的改变喷泉喷水样式的目的。按下启动按钮,喷泉装置开始工作,按下停止按钮,喷泉控制装置停止工作。喷泉工作方式由花样选择开关和单步/连续开关决定。当单步/连续开关选择单步时,喷泉只

能按照花样选择开关设定的方式,运行一个循环;当单步/连续开关选择连续时,喷泉按照花样选择开关设定的方式,运行多个循环,直至按下停止按钮。花样循环方式选择开关用于选择喷泉的喷水花样,本文设计四种喷水花样循环。PLC控制系统体积小、功能强、可靠性高,且具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性的特点。用PLC花样喷泉控制系统,不但实现了自动转换花样喷泉的喷水样式,提高了系统的可靠性和安全性,而且,美化了我们的生活环境,使我们的生活环境更加安逸、舒适。因此PLC控制系统具有一定的工程应用和推广价值。

Whe n a Sin gle step/c OntinU ous SWitCh choose Sin gle step, fountain Can only choose SWitCh is Set according to the Pattern, run a cycle way; When a Single step/cOntinUousSWitCh choice, according to the Pattern for fountain SWitCh SeIeCtOr Way, OPerati on DuoGe CirCUIati on, PreSS the stop butt on Un til. FigUre cycle Way ChOiCe to SeIeCt a foun tai n of hydraulic SWitCh pattern, the PaPer PreSe nts the design of four kinds of Water SPray Pattern cycle. PLC control SyStem small volume and POWerfUI funCtion, high reliability, and has a greater flexibility and expa nsibility characteristic. PLC con trol system, and desig ns foun tai n not only realized the automatic conversion Pattern fountain of hydraulic style, improve the reliability of SyStem and security, and, beautification our living enVirOnment, make our life more comfortable and comfortable en Vir Onment. So PLC control SyStem has some of the engineering application and dissemination value.
