基于PLC的花样喷泉设计
摘要
针对传统的喷泉控制系统一旦设计好控制电路，就不能随意改变喷水花样及喷水时间等问题，本设计结合西门子S7-200可编程控制器设计能适应不同季节、不同场合的喷水要求目的的花样喷泉系统。花样喷泉控制系统的主要任务就是改变喷泉的喷水样式，以达到有规律的改变喷泉喷水样式的目的。按下启动按钮，喷泉装置开始工作，按下停止按钮，喷泉控制装置停止工作。喷泉工作方式由花样选择开关和单步/连续开关决定。当单步/连续开关选择单步时，喷泉只
能按照花样选择开关设定的方式，运行一个循环；当单步/连续开关选择连续时，喷泉按照花样选择开关设定的方式，运行多个循环，直至按下停止按钮。花样循环方式选择开关用于选择喷泉的喷水花样，本文设计四种喷水花样循环。PLC控制系统体积小、功能强、可靠性高，且具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性的特点。用PLC花样喷泉控制系统，不但实现了自动转换花样喷泉的喷水样式，提高了系统的可靠性和安全性，而且，美化了我们的生活环境，使我们的生活环境更加安逸、舒适。因此PLC控制系统具有一定的工程应用和推广价值。
