Usually, successful people enjoy pleasure and admiration. They deserve this because success in any useful work is in the interest of society and we have to express our thanks to the successful efforts and contributions they have made.

The way to success differs from person to person from case to case. Only very idle people would wish to succeed by mere chance. A wise diligent person knows there is no golden path but a difficult road: hard work. He tries to find tasks that may give full swing to his talent. His is good at taking advice. He persists in his efforts so as to be fully prepared for any chance available.

Though few people succeed in great things, the majority of people do succeed in something ordinary. It is useless to dream of castles in the air. One should exert one’s efforts to tasks sited to one’s ability. As long as one tries one’s best, one will be able to look back with satisfaction and look forward with hope.

Many ways can lead people to success.

First, people should have a sense of service because all the successful people started from hard work, and have climbed from the bottom of the social ladder. For example, second, they should have a sense of public relations. This is because “It is not what you know, but who you know to get you ahead.” For example…., third, they should have a sense of teamwork because single-handed business activities often reduce productivity. For example, Forth, they should have a strong sense of competition as competition can show one’s talent and abilities, and produce the best products and useless people. For example…., and finally they should also have a sense of promotion. Success in modern times is often coupled with promotion. He who does not want to be a general is not a good soldier, and a clerk who does not want to be a manager is often not considered as a good clerk.

In short, when people have the above-mentioned qualities, they will succeed in general.
