很荣幸今天我能参加这个创业演讲。大家好，我是，来

自09级中小企业创业与管理班。

今天我不像是来演讲的，我貌似来作思想汇报的。因为

我在任何一个方面并不比在座各位强！

首先跟大家分享一个成功的例子吧。一个关于中国阿里

巴巴集团董事局主席兼雅虎中国董事长，中国IT界教父级人

物马云先生的事迹。在95年偶然的一次机会马云去到了美国，然后发现了互联网。所以回来以后叫了24个他的朋友到家里，大家坐在一起，说他准备从大学里辞职，要做一个互联网。两个小时以后大家投票表决，二十三个人反对，一个人支持，因为大家觉得这个东西肯定不靠谱。别去做那个，说他电脑也不懂，而且根本不存在这么个网络。但是经过一个晚上的思考，第二天早上他决定，还是辞职，去实现我自己的梦想。在创业之初，大都不相信马云，甚至说他是个骗子。当时不太有人相信互联网，也不觉得有这么个互联网会对人类有这么大的贡献。但是马云坚信互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面。因为当时根本没人会相信马云说的话。于是，他就说，比尔盖兹说互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面。经过五六年的打拼，马云终于缔造出了庞大的阿里帝国并成为了无数创业者的偶像和模范。

听过这个故事以后我认为作为一名创业者，首先要给自己一个梦想。很多的年轻人是晚上想想走这路，早上起来走原路，晚上睡觉之前说明天我将干这个事，第二天早上仍旧走自己原来的路线。如果你不去采取行动，不给梦想一个实践的机会，那么，我确定你连机会都没有，成功就别提了。有了一个理想之后，最重要是给自己一个承诺，承诺要把这件事做好。

很多创业者都害怕这个条件不够，那个条件也没有，该怎么办。依我说创业者最重要的是创造条件。只有自己创造出来的条件才是属于你的。如果是机会都成熟的话，一定轮不到我们。所以呢，一般大家都觉得这是个好机会，大家觉得机会成熟的时候，我认为往往不是我们的机会。

你要坚信这事情能够做起来的时候，给自己一个承诺说，我准备干5年，干，20年把它干出来。我相信你这条路会走得很久。

另外，创业者的激情很重要，但是短暂的激情是没有用的，长久的激情才是有用的。在创业几年后你要问自己，你的创业激情是不是还是跟第一天一样，跟跟初恋一样富有激情。一个人的激情也没有用，很多人的激情非常有用。如果你自己很激情，但是你的团队没有激情，那一点用都没有，怎么让你

的团队跟你一样充满激情面对未来面对挑战，是极其关键的事情。

最后，当没有条件的时候创造条件，只要你有梦想，有良好的团队，坚定的执行，你是能够走到成功的彼岸。

马云先生说过这么一句话，今天很残酷，明天更残酷，后天很美好，但大多数人死在明天晚上，看不到后天的太阳。

创业是每一个职专毕业生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会、在实践中巩固知识；创业又是对每一位职专毕业生专业知识的一种检验，它让我们学到了很多在课堂

上根本就学不到的知识，既开阔了视野，又增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础，也是我们走向工作岗位的第一步。

考虑创业已经很久了，看了关于这方面的资料已很多。

对自己的将来已经有了很充分的打算。在中国，创业，有很多好的项目，可以说，任何一个小的在小的再不起眼的东西，如果真的干好了都会成功的。中国就是这样，地大物博，什么都充满着商机。我们看看，北京这么繁华的城市，做那些那买卖的都是外地人，比如擦皮鞋、买冰棍什么的，在北京本地人看，都是让人瞧不起的，都是让别人看做是有点的东西，的买卖，但在他们眼里这确实自己崇高的事业，毕竟他们要某生，既然要生存就得拉下脸强忍着劲干。不排除机遇和运气，单就是他们自己的毅力和信念，都是他们以后成功最大的法宝了。然而后来，他们真的有成功的，这就是福，这就是当初他们不干人后，做出的抉择。这也就是中国市场之所大的最好的表现。蒙牛集团的老总牛根生，当初有什么，当初是如何起家的，非常的辛苦，穷孩子呀，50块钱被卖到城里，后来一步一步的开

始了自己的人生打算。看每一个例子，无不体现着各个商机的存在。

中国人说：[塞翁失马，焉知非福]在每一个失败中都含有成功的因子，我相信从失败中学到的东西，要比成功中学到的东西多。

会计本来就是烦琐的工作。在学习期间，我曾觉得整天要对着那枯燥无味的账目和数字而心生烦闷、厌倦，以致于登账登得错漏百出。愈错愈烦，愈烦愈错，这只会导致“雪上加霜”。反之，只要你用心地做，反而会左右逢源。越做越觉乐趣，越做越起劲。梁启超说过：凡职业都具有趣味的，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然会发生。因此，做账切忌：粗心大意，马虎了事，心浮气躁。做任何事都一样，需要有恒心、细心和毅力，那才会到达成功的彼岸！

作为自身而言，处在这个与时俱进的经济大潮时代，作为一名财会专业的学员，在校学习期间应更好的学好财会专业里的专业知识，打好理论基础；在财务实习的时候按要求认真参与每一个实习的机会，总结实际操作中的经验和积累学习中自身的不足，密切关注和了解会计工作发展的最新动向，为以后即将从事的会计工作打下坚实的基础，当自己走出校园，成为一名名副其实的财会专业人才，在大浪淘沙中让自己能够找到自己屹立之地，让自己的所学为社会经济作出自己应有的贡献。

罗马并非一日建成，成功更非一蹴而就。为了自己，为

了在毕业以后找到好的工作。我们是时候该充实自己，完善自己了。一起努力吧！只有全心奋斗，才有满心收获。

篇章3:大学生创业英语演讲稿【按住Ctrl键点此返回目录】在初赛的时候我说过我们创业需要勇往直前与坚持不懈，所以我勇敢的来参加这次演讲比赛，这个我之前从未涉足过的领域，也因此我能有幸获得机会继续参加复赛，即使现在正是我们学院的期中数学考试，我依然坚持不懈得决定走完这条路。

也正是因为如此，当我的同学现在正在因为复习的不到

位而心中暗骂这出题的人他妈的还想不想让人活的时候，我却能够站在这个台上尽情的展示我的风采；当我的同学现在正在重复的在题海中快溺水而亡的时候，我却能够在这演讲的海洋里冒着我幸福的小泡泡。当然这是我苦苦哀求我仁慈的辅导员老师，争得他同意的前提下，毕竟我们不能违规，更不能违法。

所以我们可以看出，在不违规违法的前提下，我们只有

勇敢得向成功迈出第一步，才能获得进一步的机会，我们只有执着于去追求，我们才能无怨无悔。

然而我们今天需要再进一步去思考，是不是只要有了勇敢，有了执着，就一定能走向成功呢。如果是这样，那么我今天勇敢的开起飞机飞向美国，执着的向自由女神撞去，那么明天全世界各大媒体头条就是“12·4”特大恐怖事件，并且旁

边还会附上一张我的一寸放大免冠黑白照。这样不仅牺牲了自己的生命，还很有可能挑起第三，造成生灵涂炭。所以，勇敢去走，执着去做，需要有一颗理智清醒的头脑去判断自己的方向是否正确。

我们常说从头做起，创业也是。但我们还得明白从头做

起的另外一层含义，那就是从我们的头脑里就得开始明确自己该去做什么，该走哪条路。就好像我今天，之所以毅然选择来这里演讲，不仅是因为我发现我渐渐爱上了演讲，更多的是想突破演讲这个点，至少我能在许多年后，对我的孩子说，你老爸曾经在那xxx大学里演讲过。如果我今天不来，而是选择去在题海中溺水而亡，那么我对演讲的爱最终只能成为单相思。

随着年龄的增长，我们的生命的过程中也渐渐出现了一

道道多项选择题，在我们面临分岔路口的时候是向左还是向右，往往决定了我们一生所追逐的方向。这也正是为什么有的人一生庸碌，有的人一生辉煌，有的人一生走得胆战心惊，有的人一生走得无怨无悔！

这就好比我们男生追求女孩子，当我们向朝思暮想，连

说梦话都会念道的那个姑娘表白时我们获得了勇敢，当我们被潇洒的拒绝之后仍然厚颜无耻的一次次追求时我们获得了执着，然而不幸在在此发生，我们常说恋爱中的男生智商只有5岁，那么我们有理由相信单相思的男生智商绝对不超过3岁。这时候我们需要理智的问问自己，我们到底是真正的爱上了这位女孩，还是单纯的好色。

创业也是如此，就好比我正在打造我们班级的品牌“爱

心行动”，其目的就是想以我们微薄的力量来唤起更多人内心沉睡的感动，去关注那些敬老院里寂寞的老人，去关注那些孤儿院里孤独的孩子，去关注那些处于社会底层撑起我们经济宝塔却被忽视的人们，我们只是一颗不起眼的小煤炭，带给他们的只是暂时的温暖，但我们希望能够有更多的小煤炭，共同燃烧，带给他们温暖，陪他们度过心灵的寒冬。之所以选择走这条路，是因为我们的理智告诉我们它不仅能够净化我们的心灵，也能温暖整个社会。

所以，我们除了需要拥有勇敢，执着，激情，等等，我

们还需要理智，选择一条真正值得走的路，真正该走的路。那么纵使我们的人生从高峰走到谷底我们也能继续往前，继续攀

登，攀登上更高的山峰，看到更远的风景。纵使我们前路一片黑暗，我们也坚信，我们必将成为别人的光明！

drinkin coke is wonderful, despite the undesirble consequent hiccups. it's bitter, sour and peppery, but also sweet. and you'll even feel excited after gulping down a glass. a college experience is part of growing up. we cry, smile, fall in love, get hurt, leave, learn and then we become a better person.

我一直觉得我们“人生的最后”存在着是两种可能： 做与不做?? 一种是多年以后，当你回忆起某一段时光的时候，你仍然激情澎湃，对自己的成功，魄力予以肯定。 而另外一种就是后悔自己当年犹豫不决，错失了许多机会，后悔没有去做。创业可谓是一条艰难且漫长的道路。对于一个创业者而言，失败可能意味着你即将成功，而成功意味着你将面临更大的挑战。 穷人缺什么：表面缺资金，本质缺雄心，脑子缺观念，机会缺了解，改变缺行动，事业缺魄力。 下面我想仅以个人拙见来重点谈论一下每个人在创业之初必须面对的三个问题： 第一，有没有资金；第二，有没有经验；第三，有没有团队。 对，这就是创业者面对的三个迫切于解决的重要问题。

可是现实的情况就是，大多数人有的只是一时的热情或是一些不 付出具体行动的空想。他们并没有站在自己的位置，看看自己是否已经具备了哪些条件？或者说他们不知道自己是否已经拥有了解决这 些问题的能力。 所以我觉得想要创业的同学可以好好打量自己这些方面的能力了。 资金是创业者面对的首要问题，就业肯定会为你带来稳定的收入，那样的话的确不用像创业者担心中午盒饭的质量??可是你无法保证 在你筹集好资金以后，所处的社会环境不会改变，到最后只落了一个“白了少年头，空悲切”的下场。 所以你可以试试用别人的钱来创业，我的意思是融资，一个人的 力量是渺小的，但十个，一百个，那你将拥有你无法想象的力量了。 你可以用你的美妙的想法，创意的点子去吸引别人的钱。但是各 位请注意，这意味着你的想法有足够的吸引力。 然后对于创业者的经验。包括你的决策能力，选择能力，执行能力，以及处理问题的方式方法。
