摘要学生综合素质的提升是高职院校适应社会培养高端技能型专门人才的要求。本文以宜宾职业技术学院为例，提出了在高职院校实施学生素质教育积分管理的重要意义，阐述了素质教育积分管理的测评指标体系的构建、实施、条件保障，为高职学生教育管理提供借鉴。

Abstract Enhance the overall quality of students is vocational training institutions to meet the requirements of high-end community of skilled professionals. In this paper， Yibin Vocational and Technical College， for example， raised the importance of vocational colleges in the implementation of quality education integrating management， describes the construction of evaluation index system of quality education integrating management， implementation， conditional security， education and management for vocational students for reference.

《中国教育改革和发展纲要》对素质教育的定义为：“素质教育即依据人的发展和社会发展的实际需要，以全面提高全体学生的基本素质为根本目的，着重学生主体和主动精神，注意开发人的智慧潜能，注重形成人的健全人格为根本特性的教育”。随着高等职业教育的改革不断深化，面对社会人才需求的多样化、复合化，高职教育要突显办学特色、实现持久发展，高职学生要提高综合素质，适应社会需求。宜宾职业技术学院建院十二年以来，学院党委始终把全面贯彻党的教育方针，深入实施素质教育，探索学生素质教育积分管理，提高学生整体素养，融入到学院总体工作目标、内容、环节和措施之中。
