Abstract

China's internet literature began in1990.Internet literature developed from the "content is king"in the embryonic stage to"channel is king"and began to transition to "the user are king"，gradually formed the complete internet literature industry chain.

In recent years,due to internet literature are inherently interactive,entertaining and extensibility,its copyright development have also been extended to many other industries,such as audio books,physical books published,adapted for animation,games, movies,etc.Will be a great success in business,diversify earnings,this is the internet literature,the successful practice of the industry,promote the prosperity of the cultural industry,and promote the theoretical research of our country's internet literature.

With the arrival of Internet enterprises,the online literature industry in China has been reorganized,presenting a new pattern that has emerged as a prominent representative and a number of online literature enterprises.In this paper,the analysis of Chinese internet literature copyright all operations,mainly through the analysis of the status quo of text reading group,with its full copyright operating practice,for example, from the works to the platform,from micro to macro analysis.Industrial chain theory is introduced for the internet literature copyright all operations research to provide theory support,through reading group management present situation,analyzes its full copyright operating resources in the brand effect,a large number of authors and the content of copyright,the profit model has a bigger superiority,but there are content homogeneity,profit structure showed sclerotic trend and piracy problem,so the paper from the view of practice of internet literature all copyright operation in our country,put forward opinions and suggestions,think should strengthen policy,legal norms, strengthen copyright protection,platform initiative to create super IP and sets up the good enterprise image.
