一用途
Application
球阀是一种管线阀门产品，用于接通或截断管路中的介质。一般是处于全开或全关状态，在微开状态下可作流量的调节使用。广泛适用于工况条件下水、气、油品等介质
的各种管路中。
Ball valve is pipeline valve, used for connecting or cutting off medium in the pipelines. Normally it is at the state of opening or closing. And it could
function as regulating the flow when it is at the state of slightly open. It is
used on the pipeline such as water, gas, oil etc.

三作用原理及结构特点 Working Principal and Structural Features
1 作用原理：通过手柄或蜗轮带动阀杆和球体旋转90°，以达到密封副之间的开启和关
闭。
Working principal: Drive the shaft and ball rotate 90 degree through operating
the lever, to reach the openness and closeness of the seats.
2 结构特点：Structural features
a 结构形式：螺栓连接阀体、阀盖，螺栓连接压盖的浮动球和固定球阀。
Structural feature: Bolted body, bolted bonnet, bolted gland floating ball
valve and
trunnion ball valve.
b 操作方式：手轮和蜗轮操作。
Operation mode: handwheel and gear operation.
c 连接形式：凸面法兰连接。
Connection form: Raised Flange (RF)
d 密封面采用聚四氟乙烯（PTFE），耐磨，耐腐蚀、抗冲刷性好、密封可靠、使用寿命
长。
Sealing face adopts PTFE, anti-friction, anti-corrosion, anti-abrasion, good sealing, long service life.
e 采用聚四氟乙烯填料环，密封可靠，操作轻便灵活。
Adopt PTFE packing ring, good sealing and easy operation.
f 阀体、盖之间垫片采用聚四氟乙烯材料，密封可靠。
Gasket between valve body and bonnet is PTFE, good sealing.
g 阀门通道为全径直通式，故流体阻力小。
Valve cavity is Full port straight type, the fluid resistance is very small.

五维护、保养 Maintenance
1 本阀门应存放在干燥通风的室内，做到防潮、防雨、防锈。
1 This valve should stock in dry and ventilated indoor and keep it damp proof, rain proof and rust proof.
2 阀门存放与运输时启闭件（球体）应处于全开启位置，通径两端用闷盖塞紧，予以防
尘、防锈，保持通道清洁。
2 The ball shall be in open position during stock and transportation, and plug
the end caps, make sure the valve is dust proof, rust proof and keep cavity clean.
3使用中如阀门处于长期关闭或开启状态，应定期启闭若干次，活动阀杆和球密封面，以防阀门长期不转动而被咬死或锈死。
3 If the ball valve is closed or opened for long time, then open or close it
regularly, operate shaft and sealing face so as to avoid the ball valve could function normally.
4 运输过程中应避免磕碰而产生的阀杆弯曲和球面损伤，从而影响阀门的开启或关闭。
4 Make sure the shaft safe and the spherical surface safe from bruise during the transportation.
六安装与使用Installment and use
1 安装前，应仔细核对铭牌上的各项内容是否符合使用要求，确认后方可安装。
1 Before installation, check information on the nameplate conforms with usage demands, then install the valve after confirmation.
2 本阀门安装在管道上时，阀杆可以向上，也可以水平。使用时可处于全开或全关
状态，也可在微开时用来调节作用。
2 This valve is installed on the pipelines. And the shaft could be upward or horizontal. When the valve is operated, it could be at the state of fully open or fully closed. And it could regulate the flow when it is slightly opened.
3 阀门的安装应考虑手柄的转角空间和日常维护方便。
3 When the valve is installed, corner space of the lever and facility of daily maintenance should be considered.
4 安装时，应按对角方向均匀拧紧螺母，并配以适当的力矩，以保证阀门与管道法兰
间连接密封可能。
4 When the valve is installed, tight nuts according to opposite angles with appropriate torque so as to make sure good sealing performance between the valve and the pipeline.
5 运输或安装过程中，手柄和阀杆不允许用作起吊。
5 It is forbidden to hang valve on handwheel and shaft during the installation and transportation.
6 通过管路的介质不应带有硬质颗粒，以免损伤密封面。
6 The medium should not be hard particles in order to protect the sealing face.
8 本阀门出厂前按API6D标准逐台进行检验与试验，合格后予以出厂。安装单位可直接
压力试验或安装使用。
8 This valves must be tested 100% API 6D before leaving our factory,and release
after the goods passed the can make the pressure test and install directly.
