In colleges and universities, the phenomenon of students’ skipping classes is not unusual. There are often some students who skip those c

There are two ma in reasons for college students’ skipping classes. First, compared with in middle school, students have more freedom in c ollege. It depends more on one student’s consciousness whether he will attend the class. So those students lacking self-discipline begin to s kip classes. For whatever reasons, skipping classes does bring negative effects on students’ study. Therefore, it is necessary to take some effective measures to reduce this phenomenon. On the oth er hand, teachers have to improve their teaching quality to attract stu dents’ interests in the courses.
