手术室严格外来手术器械管理在医院感染控制中的应用

【摘要】：目的探析外来手术器械采用一体化规范管理后，手术室在医院感染控制方面发挥的作用。方法随机在2013年3月-2014年4月实施常规规范管理期间接受手术治疗的患者中选择145例作为参照组，随机在2014年5月-2016年6月期间实施外来手术器械一体化规范管理期间接受手术治疗的患者中选择145例作为观察组。从两组所用外来手术器械中各选择145件，对比分析清洗灭菌合格率，并对比两组术后切口感染发生率。结果观察组术后因医疗器械造成的感染率远低于参照组，外来手术器械清洗灭菌合格率高于参照组，且两组比较差异均存在统计学意义（P

Abstract： Objective To analyze the sterilization effect of external surgical instruments after the integrated standard management and its role in hospital infection control.Methods ： One hundred and forty-five patients undergoing surgical treatment during the routine management period from March 2013 to April 2014 were randomly selected as reference groups. Randomized management of external surgical instruments was performed between May 2014 and June 2016. Among the patients undergoing surgical treatment， 145 were selected as observation groups. Two hundred and forty-five external surgical instruments were used in each of the two groups to compare and analyze the qualification rate of washing and sterilizing， and compare the incidence of postoperative wound infection in the two groups. Results The infection rate caused by medical devices in the observation group was far lower than that in the reference group. 外科手术作为主要的疾病治疗手段之一，在整个医疗的过程中，为了保证接受手术治疗患者的身体健康及其生命安全，对手术室环境、手术器械在无菌方面也提出了更高要求。为此我院手术室通过实施外来手术器械一体化规范管理，并取得了一定成效，现将手术室对外来手术器械实施一体化规范管理后的效果作如下分析与阐述。
