国际工程项目宏观风险评价研究

摘要：随着我国建筑总承包企业实力不断加强，中国建筑总承包企业在国际市场上占据

越来越重要的角色，然而，国际工程给我国带来巨大利润的同时，也使其面临着巨大的风险。通过综合考虑国际承包企业的跨国际运作，基于建筑总承包企业可能面临的企业自身技术管理能力、国际政治、国际金融环境、人文地理等风险因素，构建了系统的国际工程宏观风险评价指标体系，给出了国际工程宏观风险评价方法，对国际承包商从事国际工程承包战略决策、规避宏观风险提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract： As China's construction general contractor enterprise strength has been continuously strengthened， it occupies an increasingly important role in the international market. However，meanwhile the international project brings huge profits， it also faces enormous risks. By considering international contracting enterprises' across international operations， based on the risk factors they will face： their own technology management capabilities， international politics， international financial environment， human geography etc， the paper builds the macro risk evaluation index system of international engineering， gives its macro risk assessment method， and provides certain reference for the international contractors to engage in international engineering contracting strategies and avoid the macro risk.

0 引言

我国从1982 年开始建筑总承包试点，经历了多年的发展，总承包企业实力有了很大的提升，在国际市场上亦取得了骄人的成绩，逐步成为国际承包市场上的一支重要力量。随着我国承包商在国际市场份额的加大，国际工程竞争日益激烈，风险亦越来越大。因此，深入探究我国建筑总承包企业在国际市场上面临的风险因素，构建系统的国际承包项目宏观风险评价指标体系，对国际承包商选择国际工程、规避宏观风险均具有积极的现实意义。
