均匀共沉淀法制备荧光水滑石的结构及性能*

,澎 湃1,王 耀1,常靖宇1,方海燕1(1 巢湖学院化学与材料工程学院,合肥238000;2 巢湖学院新型功能材料与精细化学品研究所,合肥238000)摘要 采用均匀共沉淀法制备了荧光黄含量不同的一组荧光水滑石(MgAl-LDHs-C20H12O5),研究了其晶体结构、外观形貌、荧光性能、表面官能团及热稳定性。X射线衍射(XRD)图谱显示少量荧光黄的加入没有影响水滑石的结晶性能,荧光水滑石具有典型的水滑石特征峰;扫描电镜(SEM)图片显示采用均匀共沉淀法制备的荧光水滑石是片层状结构,荧光黄均匀地吸附在水滑石片层表面;荧光水滑石样品在470nm波长光激发下的荧光发射光谱(PL)显示荧光水滑石在500~600nm间出现了1个黄光发射峰,其荧光强度与其中荧光黄的含量有关,荧光黄的含量要适中,过高或过低均影响样品的荧光性能;热重分析(TG)曲线表明荧光类水滑石的热稳定性比纯荧光黄提高很多;红外光谱(IR)

and surface functional groups of the fluorescence hydrotalcite were characterized by XRD,SEM,PL,TG and IR.The results showed that a small amount of fluorescent yellow did not affect the crystallization of hydrotalcite,and thefluorescence hydrotalcite had typical characteristics peaks of hydrotalcite.SEM image displayed that fluorescencehydrotalcite was lamellar,and fluorescein was adsorbed to the surface layer of the hydrotalcite uniformly.The emittedfluorescence spectra of fluorescence hydrotalcite showed there was a yellow emission peak between 500-600nm at 470nm excitation,and the fluorescence intensity related to the content of fluorescent yellow,fluorescent yellow contentshould be moderate,too high or too low would affect the fluorescence properties of the samples.TG Curve showed thethermal stability of fluorescence hydrotalcite was better than the yellow fluorescence.IR spectrum displayed fluores-cent hydrotalcite contained the characteristics functional groups of hydrotalcite and y

荧光水滑石是一种优质的固体荧光材料,

由于水滑石(L

DHs)无机层板的保护作用,可提高有机荧光材料的热稳定性,同时由于分散隔离作用,有望提高材料的荧光效率,近年来将发光基团引入LDHs制备荧光性水滑石尤为受到关

注。Stumpf等[1]研究了Eu3+引入水滑石的发光性能。Dang等[2]

用共沉淀法将8-Hy

droxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid、Trisodium salt(HPTS)和Org

anic solvents(OS)引入锌铝水滑石,制备了颜色可调的固态发光材料。为提高2-对联苯

基-8-羟基喹啉锌配合物荧光粉的热稳定性,抑制其单独使

用时的浓度荧光猝灭作用,陈鸿等[3-6]

采用共沉淀法合成了一系列荧光水滑石,并将其应用于发光二极管(L

ED)发光源。庞海霞等[7]采用焙烧还原法和离子交换法制备了有机

荧光黄阴离子插层水滑石,发现该功能材料的荧光发射波长发生蓝移(约10nm)

,且其发光强度比荧光黄明显减弱,表明该功能材料能有效调控有机阴离子的荧光性能。李蕾等[

8]以层状镁铝水滑石为主体,

通过离子交换法,分别将乙基橙(EO-)和4-氨基偶氮苯基-4-磺酸阴离子(

4A-)插入到层状镁铝水滑石层间和吸附在镁铝水滑石表面。研究表明,与纯
