综述建筑材料质量的检测与控制措施

【摘要】随着我国国民经济的不断发展和科学技术的快速更新，人们对建筑工程的质量也提出了更高的要求，质量已经成为建筑工程唯一的成败标准和生命线。建筑材料是完成工程项目施工的基础原料，它的质量的优劣直接关系到整个建设工程质量的好坏，是建筑工程质量的源头保障。本文就目前我国建筑工程中材料质量的检测程序和控制措施进行一一的分析和研究，以期提高建筑材料的检测水平，增强建筑材料的质量控制效果，从而促进和提高建筑工程的整体质量水平，推动建筑行业的稳步健康发展。

Substract: With the rapid development of China's national economy and science and technology updates, people's quality of construction works also put forward higher requirements,quality has become the construction standards and the only lifeline. Building materials is the basis of completed projects construction materials, it merits a direct bearing on the quality of the whole construction project quality is good or bad and it isthe source of the construction engineering quality protection. This article is currently in China's construction material testing procedures and control measures for quality analysis and research of one by one, with a view to improving the level of detection of building materials, effect of enhanced quality control of building materials, To promote and improve the overall quality of the construction works to promote the steady and healthy development of the construction industry.

一、我国的建筑材料检测及其管理控制现状

1. 我国建筑材料质量检测人员专业素质和道德素质偏低。

对建筑材料实施质量检测和控制，不仅仅需要建筑材料质量控制的工作人员具有丰富的工作经验，更需要对相关的检测设备进行正确熟练的操作，减少操作失误，严格客观的记录检测数据，这对建筑材料质量检测人员的专业技能，专业学识提出了很高的要求，目前我国很多相关的工作人员，对相关建筑材料质量标准认识不清，缺乏一定的工程业务能力，不仅仅在对质量检测设备上操作不熟练，更因为一些人为因素失去了在质量质量检测工作中的责任心和最基本的工作道德，因而，对整个建筑材料的质量检测产生了及其消极的影响，这也是我国建筑材料很多检测标准难以贯彻落实，使得建筑材料检测不规范的重要原因之一。

2. 产品种类繁多，生产质量标准难以规范明确。
