Gazprom is a global energy company. Its major business lines are geological exploration, production, transportation, storage, processing and sales of gas, gas condensate and oil, sales of gas as a vehicle fuel as well as generation and marketing of heat and electric power.

The Company is among Russia’s five largest oil producers and it is the largest owner of power generating assets in the country. These assets account for 17 per cent of the total installed capacity of the national energy system. Please be aware that Gazprom Group companies send business e-mails only via corporate mail servers and never use free e-mail services. Gazprom and its subsidiary companies do not establish business relations and do not offer guarantees of goods delivery in absentia, via Internet or e-mail. Gazprom exclusively exports its petrochemical products through its subsidiaries – Gazprom Export and Gazprom Neft, which bypass any intermediaries when concluding contracts. How to expose fraud job offers from impostors who claim to be Gazprom’s representatives
There are a lot of fake websites offering bogus employment opportunities in Gazprom Group and requiring that the applicants should send SMS messages to shortcode numbers. We therefore warn you: in order to avoid money deduction from your cell phone account through fraud actions, do not send SMS messages to access the information about Gazprom Group job offers. Please be informed that all the Gazprom Group’s job offers are placed only on the official websites of subsidiary companies, the special Gazprom Vacancies website and on the HeadHunter website. The access to these websites is free for applicants. Gazprom bears no responsibility for offers placed on other websites. Gazprom reserves the right to take legal action in order to terminate fraudulent actions by unscrupulous market players.

To prevent possible property damage and loss of personal data, we recommend you to pay attention to the following signs of a fraudulent action involved: 1. You receive email proposals to acquire petroleum products from Gazprom or its subsidiary companies. The email may include a draft contract or a template of an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) together with a bank reference as an attachment. Gazprom and its subsidiary companies do not undertake mailing of such proposals or offer guarantees of goods delivery in absentia, via Internet or email, and do not authorize other persons to do that. 2. The details of the transaction differ greatly from the market-based ones: you are offered to buy very large amounts of petroleum products (sometimes even more than Gazprom is actually capable of providing) at an exceptionally favorable price. 3. Prior to formal signing of a contract, you are requested to transfer money purportedly for the payment of some sort of services, for instance, drawing up of various documents (visas, invitations, approvals), legalization or validation of the
