A-LOK Tube Fittings
Introduction
Parker A-LOK Instrumentation Tube Fittings are designed as leak-free connections for process, power and instrumentation applications. These two ferrule fittings are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are available in a broad range of sizes, materials and configurations.
Torque
Parker A-LOK tube fittings do not twist the tubing during installation. A-LOK's ferrule design assures that all make and remake motion is transmitted axially to the tubing. Since no radial movement of the tubing occurs, the tubing is not stressed. The mechanical integrity of the tubing is maintained.
Features
The Parker A-LOK tube fitting has been specifically designed for use on instrumentation, process and control systems, analysers and environmental equipment employed in chemical, petroleum, power generating and pulp and paper plants. The A-LOK tube fitting has also found extensive application in other fields where a high quality tube fitting is required.
No Distortion
In make-up, there is no undue force in an outward direction to distort the fitting body or ferrules to cause interference between the ferrules and nut. This assures that the nut will back-off freely for disassembly and permits a greater number of easy remakes.
Sealing
Positive, reliable connections with Parker A-LOK fittings have been qualified by exhaustive tests and over four decades of experience in the manufacture of quality tube fittings.
Materials
Parker A-LOK fittings are available as standard in Heat Code Traceable, 316 stainless steel. Other standard materials include steel, brass, aluminum, nickel-copper, Hastelloy C, Alloy 600, Titanium, 6Mo, Incoloy 625 and 825. Straight fittings are machined from cold finished bar stock and shaped bodies are machined from close grain forgings. The raw materials used fully conform to the chemical requirements listed in Specification Table 1. For nuclear and other critical applications, stainless steel A-LOK fittings are readily available with documented heat code traceability.
Nomenclature
Parker A-LOK fittings part numbers are constructed from symbols that identify the size and style of the fitting and material used.
Assembly, Remake, Gaugeability
For proper assembly and remake of Parker A-LOK tube fittings, refer to page 74 in the engineering report section. For gauging of Parker A-LOK tube fittings, refer to page 74.
Pipe Fittings/Adapters
Parker A-LOK tube fittings are available in a wide variety of ISO and ANSI pipe thread configurations. For a full line of these fittings, see Catalog 4260.
Pressure Rating & Tubing Selection
For working pressures of A-LOK tube connections, please see the Instrument Tubing Selection Guide, found in the Technical Section of your Parker Instrumentation Products Master Binder, or the Parker Instrument Tube Fitting Installation Manual (Bulletin 4200-B4). In some cases where a male or female pipe thread is the second end of a Parker A-LOK fitting, such threads may be the pressure limiting factor of the tubing system. Tubing
Parker A-LOK tube fittings can be used with a wide variety of tubing materials and a broad range of tube wall thicknesses. A-LOK seals equally well on both thin wall and heavy wall tubing. Tubing and fitting materials should be selected to be compatible with the fluid media. Due to thermal expansion characteristics and chemical stability, the tubing should be of the same material as the fitting. (The exception is brass fittings and copper tubing.)

The Parker A-LOK twin ferrule fitting consists of four precision engineered parts designed to provide secure leak-proof joints capable of satisfying high pressure, vacuum and vibration applications.

Parker Instrumentation Tube Fittings are supplied complete and ready to use. The front ferrule swages onto the tube as it moves down the body seat creating a pressure/vacuum-tight seal on both tube and body by the interface pressure and surface finish of mating components. The Parker Suparcase back ferrule then moves inwards in the cone of the front ferrule, forming into the tube and creating a strong mechanical hold on the tube.

(1/4" pipe thread = 4/16" = 4). 1 Straights & Elbows: Call out largest A-LOK tube end size first followed by the smaller A-LOK tube end or pipe thread size. 卡套式接头安装方法 液压管接头标准 一、卡套式管接头的装配(一)预装①卡套式管接头的预装的最重要的环节,直接影响到密封的可靠性。一般需要专用的预器。管径小的接头可以在台钳上进行预装。具体做法是,用一个接头作为母体,将螺母、卡套压紧到管子上可。主要有卡套式直通管接头、卡套式端直通接通头、卡套式三通管接头等型式。笔者发现,即使是同一厂家一批货,这几种接头体上锥形孔的深度往往不相同,结果就造成了泄漏,而此问题往往被忽视。正确的做法是,管子一端用什么样的接头体连接,对应的连接端则用相同类型的接头预装,这样能最大限度地避免出现泄漏问题。②管子端面应平齐。管子锯断后应在砂轮等工具上打磨平齐,并且去除毛刺,清洗并用高压空气吹净后再使用。③预装时,应尽量保持管子与接头体的同轴度,若管子偏斜过大也会造成密封失效。④预装力不宜太大使卡套的内刃刚好嵌入管子外壁,卡套不应有明显变形。在进行管路连接时,再按规定的拧紧力装配。ф6-1卡套的拧紧力为64-1 15n、16фmmr259n、ф18mm的为450n。如果在预装时卡套变形严重,会失去密封作用。(二).禁止加入密封胶等填料。有人为了取得更好密封效果,在卡套上涂上密封胶,结果密封胶被冲入液压系统中,造成液压元件阴尼孔堵塞等故障。(三).连接管路时,应使管子有足够的变形余量,避免使管子受到拉伸力。(四).连接

管路时,应避免使其受到侧向力,侧向力过大会造成密封不严。(五).连接管路时,应一次性好,避免多次拆卸,否则也会使密封性能变差。卡套式管接头安装(1)按第9章要求对需要酸洗的管子应先酸洗处理;(2)按需要长度用锯床或专用切管机等机具切断管子,绝对不允许用溶断(如火焰切割)或砂轮切割;除去管端内外圆毛刺、金属切屑及污垢;除去管接头的防锈剂及污垢;同时还要保证管子圆度;(3)将螺母、卡套先后套入管子,卡套前端刃口(小径端)距管子口至少3mm,然后将管子插入接头体内锥孔,顶到为止;(4)慢慢拧紧螺母,同时转动管子直至不动时,再拧紧螺母2/3~4/3圈;(5)拆开检查卡套是否已切入管子,位置是否正确。卡套不允许有轴向移动,可稍有转动;(6)检查合格后重新旋紧螺母。二、管接头处泄漏的预防在液压系统中,无论是金属管接头,还是软管接头,都存在容易产生泄漏的问题。对于卡套式管接头,大多因管道受到较大的外力或冲击力,使卡套松动或管端面变形而造成泄漏,此时应检查卡套是否失圆、刃口有无缺损、管端 是否完好以及卡套螺母的压紧程度等,同 时还要消除管道外力。对于扩口式管接头,大多因扩口过度,质量不合要求或多次拆卸,致使扩口变形或裂纹等造成泄漏,此时可将前端截去重新进行扩口。如果使用公母锥顶压进行密封,其泄漏大多是由于两锥面有损伤,可用研磨砂对锥面进行研磨。在一些用“о”形圈靠端面或外径密

详解卡套接头

这里介绍的单卡套接头有两个体系,一类又称为24度压缩式管接头,常用于液压管道系统,设计制造标准包括DIN2353/ISO8434-1,JIS B2351,SAE J514。另一类通常由仪表管接头的生产商提供,没有统一的制造标准,如CPI接头,ONE-LOK接头等。 常用的单卡套接头有单刃口卡套接头和双刃口卡套接头之分。 一.单刃口卡套接头结构如下: 单刃口卡套接头的动作原理: 管子插入接头并保证与接头底部(2)接触,卡套右端在螺母的拧紧顶压下,左端被挤进接头体内锥孔与管子间的间隙里,使卡套的外锥面形成锥面接触密封,卡套的内刃口(1)嵌入钢管外壁,在钢管的外壁压出一个闭口环形槽和一个环形凸起(4),形成密封;进一步拧紧螺母,使卡套中部稍微凸起,产生弹性变形,弹性应力使卡套右端面与螺母锥面产生摩擦力,以防螺母松动,弹性变形部分可吸收液压管道中的震动,另外,卡套尾部(3)也紧抱钢管形成一道抵触密封。 二.双刃口卡套接头结构如下: 双刃口卡套接头用两个刃口卡套,即一个切入刃口(1)和一个止动刃口(2),止动刃口不仅形成了第二道密封,而且可防止切入刃口咬伤管子,从而提高了接头的耐振能力、抗脱拔能力。 卡套密封多为金属对金属的密封形式,为了提高卡套接头的密封性和重复安装性,现在有了带有弹性密封圈的卡套,见下图。以弹性密封取代传统卡套接头采用的硬密封方式,密封效果更加理想,复装性更佳。

液压管接头标准 一、卡套式管接头的装配(一)预装①卡套式管接头的预装的最重要的环节,直接影响到密封的可靠性。一般需要专用的预器。管径小的接头可以在台钳上进行预装。具体做法是,用一个接头作为母体,将螺母、卡套压紧到管子上可。主要有卡套式直通管接头、卡套式端直通接通头、卡套式三通管接头等型式。笔者发现,即使是同一厂家一批货,这几种接头体上锥形孔的深度往往不相同,结果就造成了泄漏,而此问题往往被忽视。正确的做法是,管子一端用什么样的接头体连接,对应的连接端则用相同类型的接头预装,这样能最大限度地避免出现泄漏问题。②管子端面应平齐。管子锯断后应在砂轮等工具上打磨平齐,并且去除毛刺,清洗并用高压空气吹净后再使用。③预装时,应尽量保持管子与接头体的同轴度,若管子偏斜过大也会造成密封失效。④预装力不宜太大使卡套的内刃刚好嵌入管子外壁,卡套不应有明显变形。在进行管路连接时,再按规定的拧紧力装配。ф6-1卡套的拧紧力为64-1 15n、16фmmr 259n、ф18mm的为450n。如果在预装时卡套变形严重,会失去密封作用。(二).禁止加入密封胶等填料。有人为了取得更好密封效果,在卡套上涂上密封胶,结果密封胶被冲入液压系统中,造成液压元件阴尼孔堵塞等故障。(三).连接管路时,应使管子有足够的变形余量,避免使管子受到拉伸力。(四).连接管路时,应避免使其受到侧向力,侧向力过大会造成密封不严。(五).连接管路时,应一次性好,避免多次拆卸,否则也会使密封性能变差。卡套式管接头安装(1)按第9章要求对需要酸洗的管子应先酸洗处理;(2)按需要长度用锯床或专用切管机等机具切断管子,绝对不允许用溶断(如火焰切割)或砂轮切割;除去管端内外圆毛刺、金属切屑及污垢;除去管接头的防锈剂及污垢;同时还要保证管子圆度;(3)将螺母、卡套先后套入管子,卡套前端刃口(小径端)距管子口至少3mm,然后将管子插入接头体内锥孔,顶到为止;(4)慢慢拧紧螺母,同时转动管子直至不动时,再拧紧螺母2/3~4/3圈;(5)拆开检查卡套是否已切入管子,位置是否正确。卡套不允许有轴向移动,可稍有转动;(6)检查合格后重新旋紧螺母。 二、管接头处泄漏的预防在液压系统中,无论是金属管接头,还是软管接头,都存在容易产生泄漏的问题。对于卡套式管接头,大多因管道受到较大的外力或冲击力,使卡套松动或管端面变形而造成泄漏,此时应检查卡套是否失圆、刃口有无缺损、管端是否完好以及卡套螺母的压紧程度等,同时还要消除管道外力。对于扩口式管接头,大多因扩口过度,质量不合要求或多次拆卸,致使扩口变形或裂纹等造成泄漏,此时可将前端截去重新进行扩口。如果使用公母锥顶压进行密封,其泄漏大多是由于两锥面有损伤,可用研磨砂对锥面进行研磨。在一些用“о”形圈靠端面或外径密封的场合,其泄漏原因有以下几种:“о”形圈老化或变形而造成泄漏;“о”形圈装配不到位,使两平面连接时压不平或“о”形圈被切割造成泄漏;“о”形圈未压实,弹性变形量不足而造成泄漏;“о”形圈止口槽过深而造成泄漏。对此,需重新选择外径相同和截面较粗的“о”形圈,也可将带有止口槽的密封平面进行切削

卡套式接头(DIN2353标准)特点及安装指导 一)卡套式接头特点: 卡套式接头通过拧紧螺母将卡套收紧在接头的24°锥面内,在卡套咬住钢管的同时形成有效的硬接触密封,卡套式接头最大特点是安装非常方便,只用扳手即可安装,采用弹性卡套密封圈技术(见图5),可进一步提高卡套式接头抗渗漏的能力:另外相对于焊接式接头不会在安装过程中由于产生氧化皮污染管路清洁度,故卡套式接头广泛适用于高低压普通管路系统,但卡套式接头要求使用精密无缝钢管,具体要求详见.如不采用精密无缝钢管,建议使用扩口式接头 二)卡套式接头安装指导(卡套式接头的正确安装非常重要!!): 1)准备钢管:卡套接头所用钢管必须是精密冷拔无缝钢管, 1.将钢管垂直锯断,管端面与管轴线的垂直度允许误差为±3°,锯断后不得影响钢管锯断处圆度和直径, 2.在钢管的端口,内,外表面轻度去毛刺,允许的倒角为0.2×45°. 3.对于弯管,从直管末端到弯曲处的长度至少为螺母高度的2倍(见图1)如需弯管设备请垂询. 2)卡套预安装:为保证接头安装效果,建议用预安装接头体或其他相应预安装,设备进行预装配通过预安装接头体进行装配的过程: 在螺母的螺纹上,预安装接头体的螺纹和锥面上以及卡套上涂少量油脂.不锈钢接头请使用专用润滑脂ASW040P2.将螺母和卡套推上钢管,并确认卡套没有装反(见图1)

3.将钢管压紧在预安装接头体内,用手将螺母拧入预安装接头,再用扳手,拧紧,直到卡套抱紧钢管,这时将明显感觉到拧紧力的增加,然后用扳手继续将螺母拧紧大约11/4至11/2圈,对于Φ12mm以上较大规格的钢管要用加长的扳手(见图2和3) 注意:在拧紧螺母时不要使钢管被带动旋转.. 4.检查钢管是否在卡套前端受挤后形成了一个明显突起,并已将卡套前沿包住,如已形成而且卡套在钢管上不能前后移动,只能略微转动说明预安装结束(见图4) 5.为了避免在卡套收紧时,钢管收缩变形,钢管壁厚不能太薄,对于Φ8-Φ15的钢管避厚>1mmΦ16-Φ18钢管壁厚>1.5mm,Φ20-Φ35的钢管壁顾厚>2mm,Φ38-Φ42的钢管壁厚>2.5mm,如必须选用薄壁管,请在钢管内塞衬套,增加连接处壁厚,如需购买衬套请垂询. 3)卡套式接头在管路中的最后安装 如需采用卡套密封,请先将卡套密封套在卡套上(见图5)然后将预安装过卡套的钢管插入需连接的接头体.用扳手将螺母拧在接头体上,将螺母拧至感到有阻力,然后再拧紧大约1/2圈(见图6和7). 注意:卡套密封不能反复拆装使用,故一般用于最终安装和防漏的维修.

. 卡套式管接头 1、卡套式管接头用途: 卡套式管接头适用于油、气、水为介质的管路系统。适用压力范围:(G)25Mpa,(J)40Mpa。 2、卡套式管接头特点: 卡套式管接头具有结构先进、性能良好、使用方便、不用焊接、不必将配管扩口,等一系列优点。因此,卡套式接头已广泛应用于各类机械的液压、气动系统中,但卡套式管接头的卡套制造精度较高,由于工艺复杂,不宜零星或小批制造,需专业生产。 3、卡套式管接头结构与工作原理: 卡套式管接头主要包括三部分: (1)具有24°锥孔的接头体。 (2)带有尖锐内刃的卡套 (3)起压紧作用的螺母。 旋紧螺母时,卡套在压力下被推进24°锥孔。并随之下而变形,使卡套与接头体内锥面形成球面接触密封。同时卡套在内刃口嵌入管子的外壁,在外壁上压出一个环形的闭口缘边,从而起到可靠的密封作用,卡套中部稍有拱形凸起,具有一定弹性,有利于密封和防止螺母松动,卡套尾部也径向收缩而抱住管子。参见下图。

一般卡套式接头的介绍和双卡套式接头的安装指导书

一.单卡套式卡套接头 单卡套式卡套管接头由三部分组成:接头体、卡套、螺母。当卡套和螺母套在钢管上插入接头体后,旋紧螺母时,卡套前端外侧与接头体锥面贴合,内刃均匀地咬入无缝钢管,形成有效密封。见(图 1) 二、双卡套式卡套接头 2 化。 前卡套用于形成密封:■与接头本体之间的密封■卡套管外径的密封。 旋转螺母时,后卡套将:■沿轴向推进前卡套■沿径向施加一个有效的卡套管抓紧。3.使用该产品的优点: ■极佳的气体密封和卡套管抓紧作用■易于进行正确的安装 ■极好的抗振动疲劳性能和卡套管支撑 4、双卡套接头与不锈钢管的装配 保证所有零部件的清洁,在整个装配过程中不受污染。

.管子的处理: 管子表面插入卡套接头的部分要光滑完好,避免出现划伤等缺陷。 管子的端面要垂直于管的轴线,管口无毛刺。 管子如要弯曲,管端要预留一定的长度,见图 3 L 值,要遵照接头的生产商给出的建议值,一般情况下,L 的长度不小于3倍螺母的长度,否则会影响管子的插入和 密封。 安装小于1英寸或都25毫米管内径的卡套管接头的安装 第一步拿到卡套接头后,用手指轻轻地松开卡套接头螺母1/4圈。(注意:最好不要拧下螺母) 如不小心拧下后,装配时必须确保接头内的前,后卡套不缺少,并且处于正确的位置。具体参考图4 第二步,拿管子插到卡套接头里,注意一定要把管 子插到底一直顶到卡套接头内壁的管肩上,具体参考图5 用手指旋紧螺母,等指旋不动后就可以了。 第三步:在卡套螺母的6点位置做一标记。图6

第四步:用扳手固定接头本体,旋转卡套螺母一又四分之一转,这时所做标记旋转540度,至9点钟位置。图7 图8 如果是小尺寸的卡套管内径,如1/16英寸,1/8英寸,3/16英寸,2毫米,3毫米和4毫米,只要转四分之三圈(见图9)到图7的3点位置就可以了, 安装尺寸大于1in.或者25mm 的世伟洛克(swagelok )卡套管接头时请遵循本规范。 ■使用世伟洛克(swagelok )多头液压预装装置(MHSU) 把卡套预装在卡套管上。 ■ 在本体螺纹和后卡套的后表面上涂少量随接头提供的润滑剂。 ■ 将带有预装卡套的卡套管插入接头内,直到前卡套顶在接头本体上;用 手拧紧螺母。

卡套式管接头装配工艺流程

卡套式管接头装配工艺流程卡套式管接头由三部分组成:接头体、卡套、螺母。当卡套和螺母套在钢管上插入接头体后,旋紧螺母时,卡套前端外侧与接头体锥面贴合,内刃均匀地咬入无缝钢管,形成有效密封(见下图)。 所有零件均符合DIN2353/DIN EN ISO 8434,钢管符合DIN 2391 标准。 为有效解决传统卡套接头装配中的过拧、连接下沉、后续泄露等缺陷,提高密封效率,现规定卡套式管接头的装配工艺步骤: 1、下料 根据所需的长度垂直锯下钢管。相对于钢管 轴线允许有1/2°偏差。请勿使用切管器或 切割轮,因为会导致严重的毛刺和切偏,推 荐使用固定式无齿锯。 2、对管端稍微去毛刺并清洗钢管 去毛刺(最大0.2×45°)清洗管端装配部位(至 少螺母两倍长度)不得有碎屑、污物和油漆。 3、如图所示放置螺母和卡套 注:不锈钢接头应使用专用润滑脂润滑螺母和 卡套45°倒锥面及通孔,润滑后立即装配以 免附着污物。 4、标记和预装 将接头体牢靠固定虎钳上,钢管需垂直固定且 插入至接头体内端面。手工拧紧螺母至卡套夹

住管子,感觉扭矩明增大(压力点)。为确保正确的拧紧圈数,必须在螺母、接头和钢管上做好标记,用扳手把螺母拧紧1?~1?圈。现使用钢管建议预装至约1?圈。 5、检查 检查切割刃的切入深度。在齿形卡套切割刃前应该能看到一圈材料。齿形卡套可以在钢管上旋转,但不能轴向位移。 6、接头体的终装 拧紧螺母直至所需力矩明显增大,终装时螺母再拧1/6~1/4圈。(或参照卡套接头装配扭矩表) 7、重装 每次拆卸接头时,都必须与终装所需的相同扭矩重新拧紧螺母。 装配指导流程图

注:若预装时在接头螺母处加润滑油,则终装扭矩需减少10%。
