投诉信范文 举报投诉信范文 尊敬的各级有关领导及网友： 您们好 我们向您们检举ｘｘ省ｘｘ市ｘｘ镇ｘｘ村委党支部书记朱和生同志带领ｘｘ村委会ｘｘ行政村干部所做的违法违纪违规挪用及贪污行为，望各级领导引起重视。现举报如下： 一、克扣村民国家发放的粮油补贴，收取村民费用不开收条。 自温家宝总理上任至今，党中央国务院反复强调，不管哪级政府和部门，不管什么理由不准克扣村民粮油补贴，但ｘｘ村级干部把党中央国务院的指令当作耳边风，自国家发放粮油补贴至今他们年年克扣，克扣剩下的钞票才给村民，因此村民至今都有不明白国家每年发放了多少粮油补贴，村委会收了什么费用村民一概不知，更为严峻的是，克扣村民的费用不开收条，这不是违法违纪违规的行为吗？ 二、收取村民打算生育罚款没有收条，资金治理不善全。 近几年村委会收取村民打算生育罚款不开收条，有严峻的违法贪污行为，例如：2012年收到刘家村小组村民刘冬第三胎打算生育罚款三万元至今没开收条；20ｘｘ年收取马黄村第七小组村民曹二林第二胎打算生育罚款二万二千元未开收条等等，以上事例很多，我们就不一一列举。 三、不按规划乱批建房，收取村民建房费用没有收条。 我们ｘｘ村是ｘｘ镇最边远的一个村，靠近村前镇，村庄零散，本来村民建房是最好规划的，但是村干部不坚守原则，不按规划乱批人情房，人面房，使村庄道路不通畅，村容村貌不整齐，使村民怨声载道，更为严峻的是，收了村民的建房费用不开收条，不按期办理建房手续，每幢房屋收取的费用少则上千元，多则上万元，收了钞票不开收条，这些钞票到哪里去了，什么缘故不帮村民按期办理建房手续，这难道不是严峻的违法贪污么？ 四、请咨询有关领导及有关单位在我们ｘｘ村干部一年有多少工资，有没有标准？ 我们村委会有部分干部家里没种田又没办什么企业，但在几年内要供几个子女念大学，结婚成家，还要建房买房买车，这些钞票哪里来的，这可不是一笔小数目，一般的小老总都非常难做到，还有个不干部经常在外饮酒作乐，严峻阻碍党在群众心中的崇高形象，严峻破坏了党群关系。如此就形成了我们村委会和行政村的干部不为群众办实事，只为钞票，更谈不上为人民服务， 以上情况属实，我们有举报到ｘｘ市纪委、反贪局，但他们不作为，我们只好发到网上望引起上级领导的重视和网友们的支持，给ｘｘ村委会的一个村民合理的回复。 感谢！ ｘｘ村民 举报人：刘定国何榨根熊先八张定梅周千金刘冬等等 举报人电话：1347518263 消费者投诉信范文 投诉人：张先生 投诉时刻：20ｘｘ-10-2816:51:23 投诉内容： 投诉事实与理由： 原告于20ｘｘ年9月23日于重庆龙华实业集团众友汽车销售服务有限公司处购买一汽-大众汽车有限公司生产的速腾轿车一辆。因一汽-大众汽车有限公司生产的装有耦合杆式后悬架存在严峻的安全风险，给投诉人的生命、财产带来极大安全隐患，特向贵委投诉。 20ｘｘ年10月17日一汽-大众汽车有限公司宣布召回563,605辆一汽-大众新速腾，召
