She is widely seen as proof that good looks can last for ever. But, at nearly 500 years of age, time is catching up with the Mona Lisa.

The health of the famous picture, painted by Leonardo Da Vinci in 1505, is getting worse by the year, according to the Louvre Museum where it is housed.“The thin, wooden panel on which the Mona Lisa is painted in oil has changed shape since experts c hecked it two years ago,” the museum said. Visitors have noticed changes but repairing the world’s most famous painting is not easy. In 1911, the painting was stolen from the Louvre by a former employee, who took it out of the museum hidden under his coat. He said he panned to return it to Italy. The painting was sent back

to France two years later.

对初中英语“分层教学”的反思 传统的“一刀切”教学形式不仅忽视了学生的个体差异性,甚至严重挫伤了学生的学习积极性和创造性。新课改要求教育应面向全体学生,为了让学生在轻松、平等、自由的氛围中学习、理解、掌握知识,教师在教学中应实施分层教学,针对不同层次的学生,制定不同层次的教学目标,教学任务,作业设置以及科学客观的评价体系。 下面根据我在平时教学中如何实施个体教学差异化教学作以阐述。 ( 一 ) 班级授课是目前课堂教学的主要形式,英语课堂分层教学的第一步是实施动态分层。学生在性格、兴趣、爱好、智能、交际能力及学习能力等方面有着个体差异性和共同性,教师可据此把学生分为A 、 B 、 C 三个层次,并且每个学生在学习过程中可根据发展情况作动态调整;然后依据就近原则把全班学生分为若干个合作学习小组,以便给学生提供许多讨论学习的机会,兼顾各个层次的学生,实现教育活动的最优化,让他们感到学习既有难度与压力,也有信心与希望,有利于全面提高教学质量。 (二)教学目标分层。教学目标采用任务性语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套层次化的学习程序。教师应分析每个单元的主要教学目标和要求,面向全体学生,全面实现教学目标。但是不能“一刀切”力求教学目标在每个学生中得以体现。A 层次的学生要全面落实教学目标,培养他们的自学能力;B层次的学

浅谈初中英语分层教学 发表时间:2019-03-18T14:41:25.343Z 来源:《基础教育课程》2019年2月04期作者:梁孟莉 [导读] 现在的初中英语教学多为班级授课模式,每班十几或几十个人不等。由于学生先天素质、后天培养和主观努力程度等方面不同,造成了学生个体上的差异。 梁孟莉(雅安市名山区第二中学四川雅安 625000) 摘要:现在的初中英语教学多为班级授课模式,每班十几或几十个人不等。由于学生先天素质、后天培养和主观努力程度等方面不同,造成了学生个体上的差异。如果在日常的教学过程中,教师无视这种差异,势必造成有的学生“学不会”、有的学生“不够学”的状况,难易达到有效、平等的、预期的整体教学效果;即使有些教师注意到了这些差异,采取的教学策略也是丢车保帅,只面对大多数学生,从而使一部分学生得不到应有的发展,严重阻碍了他们潜能的发挥,自然也不符合现代英语教学的要求。因此,要搞好初中英语教学,就要正视、重视学生个体差异的存在,进行差异化的教学。而分层教学则是解决整齐划一的教学要求和参差不齐的学生个体之间矛盾的最好途径。 关键词:初中英语;分层教学 中图分类号:G658.5 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0257-2826(2019)02-0167-01 《英语课程标准》在关于初中英语课程的基本理念中明确提出:英语课程要面向全体学生,充分考虑语言学习者的个体差异性。心理学研究表明,在学习的过程中,学生的个体差异性主要表现为以下三种:一是认知发展的个别差异,二是认知风格的个别差异,三是智力的个别差异。学生心理发展的差异性决定其学习方式各不相同,学习的进度有快有慢,学习的程度有深有浅。学生心理发展的差异性向教育提出了必须有针对性和因材施教的要求。而因材施教最主要的教育措施就是实施分层教学。所谓分层教学,是指在教学过程中,针对学生不同的个性特征与心理倾向、不同的知识基础与接受能力,设计多层次的教学目标,运用不同的方法进行教学,从而使全体学生都能在原有基础上学有所得,先后达到课程的要求。在多年的分层教学实践中,笔者总结出以下几点做法: 一、了解学生,科学分层 深入了解每一个学生,是实施分层教学的前提。了解学生就是要了解学生的英语知识水平、对待英语学习的情感态度、个体英语认知的能力、个性心理特点、智力水平、英语学习方法、学习环境等。为了准确地了解每一个学生,笔者采用华东师范大学心理系周步成教授修订的“学习适应性量表”,针对学生学习适应性进行以下几方面的测试:学习热情、有计划地学习、听课方法、读书和记笔记的方法、记忆和思考的方法、应试的方法、学习环境、性格和身心健康等。概括起来,也就是从英语的学习态度、学习方法、学习环境三个方面对学习适应性进行测试。并对所获数据、资料进行综合分析,根据内容量表的等级指数,按一定的梯度,将学生分成A(优秀生,英语基础好、学习能力强)、B(中等生,基础中等、语言学习能力一般)、C(后进生,基础差、习惯差、自觉性差)三个层次,分类建档。在此基础上成立若干互助合作学习小组,每个小组5-6人,其中至少1名优等生,2-3名中等生、后进生。充分发挥优等生传、帮、带的作用。 对学生实施分层的主要目的是让所有学生都能体验到学有所成、学有所得的快乐,从而激发学生的学习兴趣、增强学习信心,提高学习成绩。然而,每个学生的心理是不同的,有些学生坚强乐观,有些则相对脆弱自卑。对学生进行分层,不可避免地会在对部分优秀学生进行肯定的同时,对落后学生造成一定的心理伤害。为尽可能降低分层教学的负面影响,笔者会真诚地向学生解释实施分层教学的目的和意义,让学生明确分组的客观依据,从而让学生正确对待分组,有效防止优生骄傲自满、中等生得过且过、差生心灰意冷等情绪的产生。 二、分析教材,分层备课 为让每个学生都能学有所成、学有所得,笔者在备课时充分考虑到A、B、C层级学生的实际学习需要,务必让教学目标、教学内容、教学时间、教学步骤、教学方式、教具准备能适应不同层级学生的要求,达到有效提优、培优、转差的目的。 目标分层是备课分层的核心,它对教学内容、时间分配、教学步骤、教学方式的分层有指导性意义,起到统领全局的作用。不同层次的学生必须有不同的学习目标。A层次学生除了要求达到教材规定的教学目标外,还应该将本课知识与已学知识有机结合,在范围更大、更复杂的语境中进行更深层次的拓展与延伸,也就是说要让他们吃得饱。B层次学生重点以掌握本课教材规定的教学目标为主,在听、说、读、写等方面得到一定程度的提高,要让他们吃得好。C层次学生只要求掌握本课基本语言知识(学会词汇、重点句子、语法的基本用法)及其基本运用,要让他们吃得了。 三、服务学生,分层教学 教学分层是立足于学生的具体学情,以学生的接受能力、发展目标为基础,确定课堂教学的教学起点、教学量、教学进度,针对不同层级的学生设计不同的教学方案。区别对待、分层施教、全员参与、共同进步,这样可以保证每个学生都能达到基本的教学要求,实现教学面向学生全体。为了更好地服务学生的语言学习需要和语言素质养成,实现分层教学,笔者坚持以下几方面做法: 1. 分层学习目标。在编制学案时分层学习目标,不同层次的学生有不同的学案,在课终时分层检查是否达到目标。 2. 分层提问策略。课堂质疑问答的设计必须让各类学生享有输出信息的均等机会。提问要注重层次性、具有启发性,及时点拨,充分发挥学生的非智力因素作用。 3. 分层授课。授课着眼于B层中等学生,兼顾A、C两头,努力为差生当堂达标创造条件。 4. 分层练习。在课堂教学中,对A 层学生以“放”为主,“放”中有“扶”。在独立练习的前提下,引导扶持他们在掌握好本课语言知识的基础上,实现与前面已学知识的有机结合,通过在更复杂语境下的语言运用训练,如课文复述训练、情境会话训练等形式,实现英语语言知识在更深层次上尽可能地拓展与延伸;对B层学生,则实行精讲精练,在对本课英语语言知识进行听、说、读、写基本技能训练的基础上,能力要求作适度提高;对C层学生则要求起点低,训练内容梯度小,浅讲多练,以弄懂基本的语法概念,掌握必要的词汇知识和会话技能为目标。 5. 分层辅导。对于学困生的辅导,应以帮助学困生巩固落实以前的知识、理解并简单运用新知识为重点;对于中等生,应主要强调本节知识的巩固掌握;对于优生,要强化他们对本节知识和其他已有知识的综合应用,以及与后续知识的联系。 四、激励学生,分层评价 教师对学生的评价具有导向、激励的功能。对后进生要多表扬,肯定进步,使他们看到希望、消除自卑,体验到成功的喜悦,从而树立自信心;对中等生,评价必须既能揭示不足,又能指明努力方向,使他们不甘落后,积极向上;对优等生采取竞争性评价,坚持高标
