EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr. HSU Chen Shen, aged 43, is the chairman and the founder of the Group. Mr. Hsu has over 17 years of experience in the lighting industry. Mr. Hsu is responsible for the strategic planning, corporate policy and overall management and marketing aspects of the Group. In 1989, Mr. Hsu had been the committee member of Taiwan Lighting Fixture Export Association for a term of three years. In 1998, Mr. Hsu was appointed as a consultant to (Taiwan Lighting Businessmen’s Club). In 1999, Mr. Hsu was appointed as the director of the third general assembly for (Taiwan Businessmen’s Association) Hu Men District of Dongguan.

Mr. HSU Shui Sheng, aged 54, is the brother of Mr. Hsu. He has over 17 years of experience in the lighting industry. Mr. Hsu Shui Sheng is the vice-chairman of the Group and is responsible for the production department of the Group.

Mr. PAK Ping Chun, aged 60, joined the Group in October 1991. He has over 16 years of experience in the lighting industry. Mr. Pak is the sales director of the Group and is responsible for the sales functions of the Group. Before entering the lighting industry, Mr. Pak had worked in an U.S. international bank for over 19 years and had gained experience in international trade and corporate treasury.

Mr. YANG Hsien Lin, aged 39, has been with the Group since its establishment. Mr. Yang has over 14 years of experience in the lighting industry and is the production director of the Group and is directly responsible for the Group’s production as well as purchasing and materials control functions.

Mr. CHEUNG Wai Hung, Boswell, aged 31, is the finance and accounting director of the Group and is responsible for the overall financial management and accounting functions of the Group. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Abertay Dundee in Scotland and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Leicester in England.In addition, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has obtained chartered marketer status since July 2000. Prior to joining the Group in June 1998,Mr. Cheung held a senior auditing position with an international accounting firm.

Mrs. HSU WEI Jui Yun, aged 39, is the wife of Mr. Hsu.She has over 17 years of experience in the lighting industry. Mrs. Hsu is the administration director of the Group and is responsible for the customer relation functions as well as for the management and administration functions of the Group.

Mr. HSU Chin Liang, aged 50, is the product development director of the Group and is responsible for providing advice on production techniques of lighting products manufactured by the Group. He has over 17 years of experience in the lighting industry. He joined the Group in October 1991 and is a brother of Mr. Hsu.

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr. LEUNG Hok Lim, CPA (Aust.), CPA (Macau), FHKSA,

CPA, aged 67, an independent non-executive Director of

the Company, is the founding and senior partner of PKF

(Formerly known as H. L. Leung & Co.), Certified Public

Accountants. Mr. Leung obtained his fellowship with

Hong Kong Society of Accountants in 1973. He is the

vice chairman of the Business Enterprise Management

Centre of the Hong Kong Management Association, a

non-executive director of Beijing Hong Kong Exchange of

Personnel Centre Limited. Mr. Leung is a member of the

Chinese People’s Political Consultative Commission of

Hainan Province of People’s Republic of China since

1993. In the business sector, Mr. Leung is a director or

non-executive director respectively of a number of

private and listed companies.

Mr. CHAN N ien-Po, aged 66, has over 16 years of

experience in trading business in Taiwan. In 1995, he

became a life member of Junior Chamber International.

In 1996, he was appointed as Chairman to Taiwan

Lighting Fixture Export Association for a term of three

years.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Miss HSIEN Fang Yi, aged 34, is the chief designer of

the Group and responsible for the lighting design for the

Group. She joined the Group in March 1994.

Mr. Mark, A. PICKETT, aged 41, is the design consultant

of the Group and responsible for the design and

development of lighting products. He joined the Group in

July 1999, Mr. Pickett graduated from University of

Cincinnati in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in

Industrial Design.

Mr. David TSAI, aged 46, is the personal assistant of Chairman and the chief financial officer of the Group and responsible for general financing operation. He joined the Group in October 1999. Mr. Tsai graduated from Soochon University in Taiwan with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting.

Mr. LAM Ming Wah, aged 35, is an assistant general manager and is responsible for the sales and marketing of the Group. He joined the Group in October 1991.Miss WEI Jui Yu, aged 36, is the cashier controller of the Group and responsible for cashier functions for the Group. She joined the Group in December 1992 and is sister of Mrs. Hsu Wei Jui Yun.

Mr. HSU Chiang Lung, aged 33, is the quality control manager of the Group and responsible for the quality control and assurance process of the production. He joined the Group in October 1991. He is the nephew of Mr. Hsu.

Mr. CHUN G Shao Hung, aged 34, is a production manager and is responsible for the production management of the Group. He joined the Group in October 1992.

Mr. SU Yi Ching, aged 50, is a research and development manager and responsible for new product development.He joined the Group in July 1997.
