Square Dance Disturbance

In the picture, we can see a group of women, who were Square Dancing, when a man who had a grudge against them for suffering from the disturbing noise, suddenly rushed in with a gun in his hands. It was the unbearable noise of the Square Dance that led to deterioration in relations between the women and the man.

As far as I am concerned, those women have the rights to Square Dancing, while residents nearby have the rights to lead a tranquil life. Whereas that does not mean that the Square Dance is problematic per se, it is detrimental when it infringes others' rights.

In my opinion, it is favourable of those who are obsessed with Square Dancing to choose a place that far away from residential quarters to reduce the adverse effect towards the residents. If it is difficult to find a further place, at least they should lower the volume of the radio, so as to guarantee the peace and tackle this disturbing status quo.

As long as the Square Dance is able to be compatible with the residents nearby, that is all that matters!
