2014年小学数学新教材培训心得体会 石城县第三小学温红玲 今年8月10日—11日,我有幸参加三﹑四年级数学新教材培训。为期两天的培训,是一次难得的学习机会,由衷感谢上级领导为我们准备这么一个很好的学习平台。这两天培训内容主要是专家李燕老师对教材的调整和变化进行解读。李老师的讲座以鲜活的例子、丰富的内涵及精湛的理论阐述震撼了我,使我的思想得到了升华,对工作也燃起了斗志,实实在在的感到受益匪浅。 新教材主要调整和变化有以下几个方面: 三年级上册教材修订前后教材结构对比 第一单元时、分、秒 与实验教材的主要区别 1.增加对“1秒有多长”的体验,帮助学生建立1秒钟的时间观念。 2.增加对时间的估计内容,帮助学生建立时间观念,并培养学生的估计意识。 3.将主题图的一个情境改成四个情境,为学生学习新知提供更丰富的现实背景。 4.将实验教材的例2改成“问题解决”。 由于版面原因,删去了“你知道吗”(刻漏)的版块。 第二单元万以内的加法和减法(一) 与实验教材的主要区别 1.将乘船参观“鸟岛”的情境改成乘车去参观“世博会”的情境,增强时代感。

2.由于版面原因,将实验教材例3、例4合并成例3,以两个小题的形式出现。 3.将实验教材例5改成问题解决,教学解决问题的策略,培养学生估计的意识, 并重点让学生体会根据需要选择合适的单位进行估算的重要性。 4. 第三单元测量 与实验教材的主要区别 1.除“毫米”的认识保留实验教材让学生探索发现的形式外,分米、千米和吨的认识 均采用开门见山的方式,直接介绍。 2.增加了用字母表示“毫米、分米、千米和吨”这些计量单位的方法。只是介绍,让 学生知道并不要求学生会用。 3.增加例3,加强了长度单位间的换算。 4.增加了例6和例9两个问题解决。例6通过估计距离的活动,让学生体会解决问题 策略的多样性,培养估计的意识和策略;例9通过派车问题,教学解决问题的重 要策略之一,列表的方法。 5.删去“你知道吗?”(曹冲称象) 第四单元万以内的加法和减法(二) 与实验教材的主要区别 1.加强对计算法则的总结,在学生小组讨论的基础上,以填空的形式给出计算法则的 文本。 2.根据实验过程中教师的建议,增加“三位数加三位数(不进位)、三位数加两位数 (十位向百位进)、三位数加三位数(百位向千位进)、三位减三位(不退位)”的 例题,减少教学的坡度。 3.改变实验教材集中编排“验算”内容的方式,将加减法的验算在教学计算后分散编 排。 4.增加例4,教学“问题解决”,重点强调在解决问题时根据具体情况灵活选择解决 问题的策略。 第五单元倍的认识 与实验教材的主要区别 1.根据实验过程中教师的建议,将实验教材分散编排在二年级表内乘除法中的有关 “倍”的知识集中编排。 2.例2和例3都是教学问题解决,在解决“求一个数是另一个数的几倍”“求一个数 的几倍是多少”这两个问题的过程中,教学画示意图和画线段图的解题策略。 第六单元多位数乘一位数 与实验教材的主要区别 1.根据课标要求,增加“一位数乘两位数的口算(不进位)”。 2.将实验教材口算乘法中的例2移到笔算乘法作为例7,教学问题解决。

小学数学教学中应注意的问题 2012年秋季,全国各地中小学开始使用修订后新课标下的人教版新教材。2014年秋季小学数学的所有年级将全部使用修订后的教材,这套教材既有继承又有创新,教材更加贴近学生生活,符合时代发展的要求,符合儿童认知水平。 一、人教版小学数学新教材的特点 (一)修订后的教材,还将具有实验教材的主要特点。 即1.各部分教学内容编排体现课程标准提倡的数学教育教学理念。如重视发展学生的数感,体现算法多样化,培养学生运算能力;提供关于物体空间关系的更丰富的内容和素材,发展学生的空间观念;加强对统计意义和作用的教学,培养学生数据分析的观念;设计内容丰富又生动有趣的综合实践活动,以利于学生积累数学活动经验,逐步形成应用意识、创新意识和解决问题能力。 2.以学生的已有经验为基础设计活动内容和学习素材,注重学生对知识的体验,获得对知识的理解。 3.教学内容的展开尽量体现知识的形成过程,为学生积累数学活动经验,学习数学思想方法提供机会。 4.注意体现自主探索、合作交流的学习方式。 5.注意体现开放性的教学方法,为教师创造性地组织教学提供丰富的资源。 6.设置“数学广角”,安排渗透数学思想方法的内容,使学生逐步学会数学思维,提高解决问题能力。 7. 结合各部分教学内容进行对学生解决问题能力的培养。 (二)通过本次修订将使教材呈现出一些新的特色。主要有: 1.根据小学生学习数学的规律,体现合理的教学顺序和节奏,更利于学生理解数学知识、形成数学能力。 根据实验教材使用中获得的对教材编排的意见和建议,新教材对每一部分内容的出现顺序、例题设置、呈现方式和习题设计等都进行认真分析,调整了部分教学内容的出现顺序和教学节奏,使之更加符合小学生学习数学的规律,更有利于学生理解数学知识、形成数学能力。例如,对一年级上下册的教学内容出现顺序进行了调整,将“位置”调到一年级上册,将“分类”调到一年级下册作为“统计”的教学内容。又如,对一些知识的具体教学也做了

人教版新老教材的分析对比 各位老师: 上午好! 2010级的四川高考,是新教材的第一年考试。对这级的补习班应该怎么样来上课,我相信老师们都有自己的一套试试方案和方法。下面就我把我的一些想法说说,请在座各位老师和陈老师刘老师,指导一下。 我觉得我们上补习班的老师们,在上课之前应该先了解一下,新教材到底与老教材有什么地方不同。它们的教学要求有什么变化。做到心中有数,在我们复习的时候我们才能掌握好度,什么地方应该要补充新内容,什么地方的难度应该降下来。不能想当然的说,这个点在老教材他都是重点,现在也肯定是。下面我就简单的说一下,我对新老教材的一些分析比较。说的不对的地方,请老师们多指教。 高中化学新课标新人教版完成的教学任务有必修1、2和选修3(物质结构和性质),选修4(化学反应原理)选修5(有机化学基础)。共5本书的教学。和老教材的比较总结如下: 在必修1中,第一章实验学化学与元来的老教材相比变化不是很大。涉及的知识点包括1化学实验安全2物质分离与提纯(1)过滤和蒸发(2)物质的检验(3)蒸馏(4)萃取。第二节化学计量在实验中的应用与老教材基本没有什么变化。 第二章物质的分类里面增加物质的简单分类及应用,虽然是新的知识,都是老教材里也涉及,对补习生来说难度不大,我们在复习的时候可以略讲。分散系和原来相比,胶体的性质要求比老教材要简单。离子反应和氧化还原反应和老教材基本不变。但是氧化还原反应对配平要求降低了。我们在复习这部分的时候可以降低难度。一些比较复杂的配平就没有必要再讲。基本的化合价升降法的配平让学生掌握即可。 第三章主要介绍了Na Fe Mg Al及化合物之间的转化,与老教材也是基本相同。第四章本章主要介绍Si Cl S N 单质及其重要化合物的性质用途,在原来的基础上有所减少,比如水泥玻璃陶瓷P的性质硫酸工业等相关知识相比老教材就减少了,我们在处理的时候就没有必要再进行补充。因为考试基本不作要求。必修2和选修3选修4以及选修5可以整合后加以复习。如果按书分章节进行会的话,时间上来不及,这是一方面。另一方面学生的知识比较零散,知识掌握和应用能力也会比较差。第一章物质结构与元素周期律与老教材的要求差不多,不过在选修3里面新增加了元素周期表的区的划分,电离能和电负性等知识。我们在复习的时候可以在这个地方把新增加的知识加进来,一起讲解。没有必要单独几堂新课来讲解。第二节的化学键知识点要求与原来差异不大。主要是在选修3里,多了共价键电子云重叠方式不同的分类,δ键和π键。 选修3内容与老教材变化较大,基本为全新知识。 第一章原子结构与性质 第一节原子结构新增能层、能级、轨道等概念,构造原理,泡利原理、洪特规则,电子排布式、轨道式,等。第二节原子结构与元素的性质新增周期表分区,对角线规则,电离能、电负性等 第二章分子结构与性质 第一节共价键新增共价键的方向性、饱和性,σ键π键,键参数,等电子原

新教材培训方案 根据局文件精神,一年级新生语文课本版本更变为人教版,并另加道德与法制课本,暑期教育局对部分教师进行了培训,为了我校教师能够顺利适应新教材教学,现制定我校教师新教材培训实施方案如下: 一、培训指导思想 以《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》为依据,以提高教师素质为目标,推进基础教育课程改革,全面有效进行课程教材的实验工作做好服务。 二、培训原则 一年级教学教师先参与,逐渐辐射全员参与。 三、培训内容 1.通识培训。 (1)课程改革的理念、改革方向、重点、难点等总体描述。(2)转变学生学习方式、研究性学习、综合实践活动。 (3)评价方式的转变,学生、教师、学校评价。 (4)地方课程、校本课程开发、教师校本培训。 (5)转变教学方式,改革教师教学。 (6)教育行政部门、校长在教学改革中的角色。 2.学科培训。

主要面向各学科的教师和教研组长。使他们系统了解各学科课程标准的基本理念,教材的编写特点,以及在实施过程中应注意的主要问题,促进教师创造性地进行教学实践活动。学科培训包括以下几方面。 (1)课程标准解读。 (2)教材培训。包括教材整体编写的原则、思路、编写特点的介绍,各册具体内容的分析,教学中应注意的主要问题,等等。 (3)教学观摩。选择典型课例组织实际课堂教学的观摩交流活动。 (4)交流研讨。对教材实验过程中的具体问题进行研讨。 (5)建立培训制度。定期培训,教师交流自己的的教学感悟,心得体会。 四、培训时间 每周利用教研活动与教师学习会,让参加局培训的教师对全体教师进行新教材培训。一个月组织一次新教材教学感悟交流会。 五、培训保障 为了使培训工作更加扎实、有效,我们采用多种渠道为教师进行教材实验提供便利。 (1)免费提供培训用教科书。 (2)免费提供培训资料包,提供与教材培训有关的录像光盘等培训材料,并积极开展光盘培训。 (3)学校为教师培训提供服务平台,多派教师外出学习。 (4)充分教研组作用,积极推动教研活动。

人教版小学英语新课标教材网络培训心得2015年6月5日,我参加了由人民教育出版社举办的人教版义务教育阶段英语教材大型网络在线培训会——小学英语专场培训。这次培训真的可以说是及时雨,在专家们清晰、透彻地解读之下,不仅让老师们了解了教材内容编排的意图、意义,有待于更好地研读教材、运用教材,而且还解答了日常教学中所遇到的困惑与难题。英语教师深深体会到了名师专家们的教学理论和实践内容,他们的解读如及时春雨般沐浴了大家的思想。 通过观看网络视频讲解,认真学习并领会了新课标的解读和新课程的解读,切身体会到了新时期的教学任务和要求,明白了自己肩负的责任。进一步理解了小学英语教材的特点和使用方法,看到了英语课改的所面临的形势,机遇和挑战后,从中得到了很多的启示和深深的思考,要求我们跳出传统英语学习的旧框框,接受新的教学理念,重在培养学生自主学习的能力,其最终目标是培养语言综合运用能力。 此次培训内容包括:教材整体介绍、专题讲座(小学英语语音教学)、小学英语读写教学及互动答疑。 一、教材整体介绍 专家在讲解的过程中,郑重解释了一个重要思考点—教材是什么,针对这个问题,做了详细的答复。不管教材是容易还是难,都要围绕教材的重点。从而,更加明确了几点内容: 1、教师应具备的教师观,教材是学习资源、课程资源的核心内容,对教学具有重要的引导作用,但不是决定作用,教师才是决定作用。教材编写及改编要以国家课标为基础;教师必须根据学生的实际情况灵活选用教材、超越教材;记住:使用教材,超越教材,因材施教,顺势而为。完美的教材并不存在。

2、教材编写如何体现课标所要求的。其中,语言技能:听、说、读、写、玩、演、做唱。语言知识:词汇、语音、语言结构。综合运用:玩、演、做、唱、故事、娱乐。 3、主体结构关系表现在四方面:话题与功能体系;语音体系;听说体系;读写体系。语音体系旨在培养自然拼读能力,在教材必学板块A部分的第3页,专设了语音学习的内容,利用自然拼读法(Phonics)学习一些基本的发音规律。而写的体系则又简单到复杂,循序渐进。 4、每个单元重点与难点分别是什么,明确了各个板块之间的联系,包括各册单元基本结构,学习各单元体例说明,各年级单元板块衔接说明,复习单元体例说明。小学英语要培养学生的听、讲、读、写、唱的能力,让学生达到综合运用的能力。 二、专题讲座(小学英语语音教学) 语音教学中,讲解老师给我们讲解了语音板块的功能、内容、编写思路、教学策略等。3年级上册—5年级下册共同的部分是Let’s spell ,板块功能不变,目的是保护学生学习英语的兴趣。教学方法应该多样化,包括动画、图片、声音等多种方式引导学生自主总结发音规律,这让我在教学过程中得到了很大的启发。 三、小学英语读写教学 读写体系中对学生的要求相对更高一些,需要循序渐进,由简单到复杂,使学生有一个消化知识的过程。整个小学期间,把各内容、要求分配在各年级、各单元及各版块中。这些都给了我在教学中的启发。 几位老师的精彩讲座使我收获颇丰,让我对人教版小学英语新教材有了更深刻的了解,能够在教学过程中更合理、灵活地、有创造性使用教材,对教材
