Effect of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring amlodipine control of blood pressure and its morning summit

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the influence of blood pressure and blood pressure morning summit (MBPS) degree of amlodipine grade to 1, 2 levels of essential hypertension patients after taking with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). Methods: 150 cases of 1, 2 levels of hypertension patients were given oral amlodipine, evaluated the change of blood pressure and blood pressure morning summit degree application ABPM before taking and after eight weeks. 苯磺酸氨氯地平是长效的二氢吡啶类钙通道拮抗剂，通过阻断心肌和血管平滑肌细胞外钙离子进入细胞而直接舒张血管平滑肌，从而扩张血管、降低血压。笔者采用动态血压监测的方法来研究苯磺酸氨氯地平片对1、2级高血压患者的血压和血压晨峰的影响。
