No.1 Transmitter is the sensor with diaphragm actually.Please note that anything is prohibited to touch diaphragm,protecting against destroying for ever.Add the radiator when temperature is over 80℃.No.2 Installation under the instruction of skilled worker.No.3 Calibrate the transmitter should be five minutes later when power is supplied and be aware of environment temperature. It can not be opened case so as to keep dry.Case and leads will be connected to earth avoiding disturbing and lightning strike.No.4 Using gauge power with isolation to avoid industrial power disturbing,not using switch power at discretion,which can destroy tramsmitter.Power and output signal will shield cable transmitting and press nuts firmly. According to national standard ,it will be calibrated once six months No.5 lighting-strike pipe can stand 3A current between anode and cathode .If it is broken,please instead .Please inform working environment and mounting on type selection. We could help select model and design the thread for clients.Note:Remark 备注用户选型时请告知使用环境和安装方式，如对型号命名不清楚时可用文字说明，接口螺纹可根据要求单独设计。注意事项1、变送器是使用带膜片的传感器，切勿用任何物体接触膜片，以免造成永久性损伤而损坏传感器。在介质温度太高(＞80℃)时，应加装散热器以保证测量精度．2、安装时请专业人员用专业工具进行安装、3、变关器的校准应在加电5分钟后进行.并注意当时的环境温度．变送器不要随意开盖以免受潮，且变送器壳体及导线屏蔽层应牢固接地避免干扰及雷击。4、电源应当使用带有隔离的仪表电源避免工业电源串扰，特别慎用开关电源容易自激损坏变送器。电源及信号输出应采用屏蔽电缆传输并压紧进线螺母，以保证气密性。依国家标准变送器每6个月应校准一次。5、外配雷击管只能抗3A 冲击电流，应并联在＋、-极之间。如果打穿，请更换该无件。
