一、水平测试的语音能力要求：

1）迅速拼读音标的能力；

2）听音、辨音的能力；

3）朗读字、词、段落、文章的能力；

二、测试形式：口试

三、测试内容：音素；重音、连读、不完全爆破、辅音连缀、音的同

化、音的省略等语音技巧；语调。

四、语音能力等级划分：38分或38分以上为过关

五、考核指标：（总分50分）

一）拼读音标（总分10分，时间：2分钟，从试卷库中抽取试题）共10个音标和音标词，加音、减音、读错一个音、发音器官不到位、发音长度不到位或重音处理不当均视为整个音标发音错误，每次错误扣除0.5分。允许考生因口误而重读，按第二遍读音评分。超时1分钟扣除2分，1分钟以上扣除4分。

五个句子,分别考察连读、弱读、不完全爆破、辅音连缀、音的同化、音的省略、升降调、停顿、分节等，有语音、语调、音位变体、重音等错误扣0.25分/处，漏读、错读、意群处理不当扣除0.25分/处，语速过快或过慢，酌情扣除1-2分。超时1分钟以上扣除1分。

一、测试目的 高中生英语口语等级测试的目的是：落实《英语课程标准》的要求，促进中学英语教学改革，提高学生综合语言运用能力，从而进行一步推进素质教育。 二、测试要求 高中生英语等级测试分两级:一级和二级。两个等级的具体要求如下： 一级： （一）能比较连贯地朗读所学课文或难度略低于所学语言材料的短文，语音语调基本正确。（二）能根据所读短文的内容回答问题。 二级：(一）能运用"话题项目表"，围绕日常生活中的有关话题进行交谈，不少于6句话。(二）能以简短的语句介绍本人、家庭、班级、学校、某地、某人等情况。要求清楚地、比较流畅地表达主要意思，不少于10句话。 三、测试内容 （一）所学课文或难度略低于所学语言材料的短文 （二）"功能意念项目表"中相关内容 "话题项目表"中相关内容 四、试卷构成 测试采用口试方式进行，共四大题，满分为40分。 一级 （一）朗读短文（10分） 1.目的：测试语音、句子重音、连读、不完全爆破、意群和停顿、升调和降调等以及流畅程度。 2.要求：能比较流利地朗读一篇所学课文或难度略低于所学语言材料的短文。（二）回答问题（10分） 1.目的：测试对所读短文的掌握情况。 2.要求：能根据短文内容回答所提问题。 二级 （三）情景对话（10分） 1.目的：测试对日常交际用语的掌握情况。 2.要求：能根据所给情景提示进行交谈，不少于6句话。 （四）话题简述（10分） 1.目的：测试连续说话的能力。 2.要求：能按题目和提示要点连续说一段话，清楚地表达主要意思，不少于10 句话。 五、例卷及评分标准 例卷 1.用正确的语音语调朗读下面的短文。（10分） In English, many words sound quite similar, so misunderstandings among English-speaking people are not uncommon.. 二、考试形式 口试采取两名考官对三名考生的方式（如遇最后一组四人情况，则分为两组，两人一组参加考试），其中一名interlocutor负责提问，打总分，另一名assessor负责打单项分。 口试分为两部分，总时长约为10分钟。第一部分为check ID、warm-up以及individual questions，时间约为5分钟；第二部分为discussion，给考生提供话题卡片(即cue card），并有1分钟读题及准备时间，准备过程中不讲话、不做记录，1分钟后开始讨论，时间为3分钟，这部分时长约为5分钟。 口试第一部分individual questions，考官会根据实际情况问每名考生1-2个问题，回答时间为1分钟左右，第二部分discussion的提示卡片上会有讨论话题及两点提示，考生可根据提示进行讨论，但讨论内容不局限于提示。 三、评分方法 口试满分为20分，为两位考官的分数相加之和，其中interlocutor 给的global分数为0-10分；assessor 给单项分数，共四个单项，即语法与词汇（Grammar and Vocabulary）、话语组织（Discourse Management）、语音（Pronunciation）和互动交流（Interactive Communication），每个单项分，四项累计满分10分，不设权重。 四、评分标准 Grammar and Vocabulary?（语法与词汇） 主要测试考生在口头表达中语法和词汇运用是否正确、得体并丰富多样，能否避免词汇和句型单一或不断重复相同的词句。 Discourse Management?（话语组织） 主要测试考生运用句子以上语言单位进行口头交际的能力，包括能否恰当展开话题，话语是否连贯、流畅、切题（例如，在提问观点的同时，能进行有条理的论证，善于使用衔接词语等）。 Pronunciation?（语音） 主要测试考生清晰发音的能力，根据各个单音、单词及句子重音、语调节奏的正确性打分。考生要特别避免母语口音给交际带来的困难，恰当使用重读、节奏、语调，清晰发音。 Interactive Communication (互动式交流) 主要测试考生在两人或三人小组中积极参与、相互合作、有效交际的能力。打分依据主要看考生是否有能力恰当得体地主动引入话题、应答自如、轻松转化话题，充分参与讨论，最终圆满完成题目要求 五、评分细则 总评分（Global） 0分——无法交流。 2分——能够就日常话题进行交流，但词汇有限，基本句型不正确，经常停顿，语音难懂，没有考官的帮助很难完成指定任务。 4分——在2分和6分水平之间。 6分——能较顺利地交流日常话题，有一些语法错误，有一定的词汇量，交际有明显犹豫或接不上话，有语音错误影响对方理解，仍需考官的帮助才能完成任务。
