可交付成果描述-用于PMP网上英文报名指导

项目描述应该包含如下内容：

1.简短的一句话描述项目目标（objective）

2.项目中的职位

3.项目阶段性可交付物（Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing）

E.g.

Initiating: Project Charter etc;

Planning: Scope Definition etc;

Executing: Team Performance Report etc;

Monitoring and Controlling：Schedule Verification Report etc;

Closing: Customer Acceptance Report etc.

The project's aim is to develop interactive software with mobile equipments. I was a project manager and in charge of the whole project. The phases deliverables were: Feasibility Report in Initiating process, Mission Statement in Planning Process; Team Performance Report in Executing Process,Progress Report in Monitoring Process and User Acceptance Report in Closing Process. The software is composed of server and client, includes UID management, User management modules etc. and can read information from/to mobile communications equipments.

The project's aim is to purchase electrical equipments for Nuclear Power Plant of Qinshan Phase II extension project. I was a project manager and in charge of electrical equipments purchasing and guarantee the quality

and punctuality. The phases deliverables were: Market Research Report in Initiating process, Procurement planning Report in Planning Process，Contract Execution Report in Executing Process, Procurement Status Report in Monitoring Process and Factory Acceptance Report in Closing Process. Electrical equipment purchased mainly includes Power Transformer, Generator, GIS，UPS etc, mainly for the generation of Nuclear Power Plants and transmission power.
