The History of Minos Coffee

In 1887, American biologist Professor Minos founded the first world’s coffee Research Institute in New York devoting to the study of the cultivation of coffee and improving technology of coffee beans and extended to South America. Over twenty years, his research team have constantly explored and given an efforts in the new technology of selective seeds and breeding of the wild varieties, so that the quality and quantity of coffee beans of whole mid-south America are obtained the rapid promotion, and that the Americas had become the world's largest coffee growing areas.
