It is the symptoms of local necrosis that pain and tissue damage break out a
few hours after injection. Oil acne / folliculitis signs and symptoms; it may
include black pustules and spots on exposed skin.

High pressure injection injuries require prompt surgical intervention and
steroid therapy (if possible) to minimize tissue damage and loss of function.
As entry wounds are small and do not reflect the seriousness of the
underlying damage, surgical exploration may be required in order to
determine the extent of the damage. Local anesthetics or hot soaks should be
avoided, as they would lead to swelling, vasospasm and ischemia.
即时手术减压、清创术及排除异物应于全身麻醉的情况下进行，大范
围探查必不可少。
Prompt surgical decompression, debridement and evacuation of foreign
material should be performed under general anesthetics, and wide
exploration is absolutely necessary.
