人体危害对中枢神经系统有麻醉作用;对视神经和视网膜有特殊选择作用,引起病变;可致代射性酸中毒。急性中毒:短时大量吸入出现轻度眼上呼吸道刺激症状(口服有胃肠道刺激症状);经一段时间潜伏期后出现头痛、头晕、乏力、眩晕、酒醉感、意识朦胧、谵妄,甚至昏迷。视神经及视网膜病变,可有视物模糊、复视等,重者失明。代谢性酸中毒时出现二氧化碳结合力下降、呼吸加速等。慢性影响:神经衰弱综合征,植物神经功能失调,粘膜刺激,视力减退等。皮肤出现脱脂、皮炎等。

个体防护呼吸系统防护:可能接触其蒸气时,应该佩戴过滤式防毒面具(半面罩)。紧急事态抢救或撤离时,建议佩戴空气呼吸器。

眼睛防护:戴化学安全防护眼镜。

身体防护:穿防静电工作服。

手防护:戴橡胶手套。

其他防护:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作完毕,淋浴更衣。实行就业前和定期的体检。

急救措施皮肤接触:脱去污染的衣着,用肥皂水和清水彻底冲洗皮肤。

眼睛接触:提起眼睑,用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗。就医。

吸入:迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。保持呼吸道通畅。如呼吸困难,给输氧。如呼吸停止,立即进行人工呼吸。就医。

食入:饮足量温水,催吐。用清水或1%硫代硫酸钠溶液洗胃。就医。

泄漏应急处理迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器,穿防静电工作服。不要直接接触泄漏物。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止流入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。

小量泄漏:用砂土或其它不燃材料吸附或吸收。也可以用大量水冲洗,洗水稀释后放入废水系统。

大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容。用泡沫覆盖,降低蒸气灾害。用防爆泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。

Grivory XE 4027 black 9916 is free of halogens and red phosphorus. RoHS: Grivory XE 4027 black 9916 is in compliance with RoHS (2002/95/EC, Re-striction of Hazardous Substances). WEEE:Parts produced from Grivory XE 4027 black 9916 are not subject to "selec-tive treatment" according the Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Elec-tronic Equipment. ISO polymer designation: PA 10T/X ASTM designation: PPA, polyphthalamide The main distinguishing features of Grivory HT-PPA, when compared to other poly-amides, are its good performance at high temperatures providing parts which are stiffer, stronger, have better heat distortion and dimensional stability as well as excel-lent chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. 常见塑料物性的检测及标准 流动系数 (1)测试的标准:ASTMD1238 (2)常用的测试标准的量测仪器是溶液指数计(Melt In deGer ). (3)流动系数检测方法:是一种表示塑胶材料加工时的流动性的数值。它是美 国量测标准协会(ASTM)根据美国杜邦公司(DuPont)惯用的鉴定塑料特性的方法制定而成,其测试方法是先让塑料粒在一定时间(10分钟)内、一定温度及压力(各种材料标准不同)下,融化成塑料流体,然后通过一直径为 2.1mm圆 管所流出的克(g)数。其值越大,表示该塑胶材料的加工流动性越佳,反之则越差。(4)测试的具体操作过程是:将待测高分子(塑料)原料置入小槽中,槽末接 有细管,细管直径为2.095mm,管长为8mm。加热至某温度后,原料上端藉由活塞施加某一定重量向下压挤,量测该原料在10分钟内所被挤出的重量,即 为该塑料的流动指数。有时您会看到这样的表示法?MI25g/10min ,它表示在 10分钟内该塑料被挤出25克。一般常用塑料的MI值大约介于1~25之间。MI愈大,代表该塑料原料粘度愈小及分子重量愈小,反之则代表该塑料粘度愈大及分子重量愈大。收缩率 测试的标准:ASTMD955 塑胶制品经冷却、固化并脱模成形后,其尺寸与原模具尺寸之差的百分比。 (3)因结构不同的关系,结晶性塑料与非结晶性塑料的收缩率存在明显的差异。一般地,结晶性塑料的收缩率比非结晶性塑料的收缩率大上好几倍(如下表所示)。同时有添加玻璃纤维或其它强化剂的塑胶材料,其收缩率可降低好几倍。

塑料原料之物性说明 一流动特性(FLOW PROPERTIES) 热塑性塑料成型过程一般需经历加热塑化, 流动成型和冷却固化三个基本步骤.所谓加热塑化就是经过加热使固体高聚物变成粘性流体; 流动成型是借助注射机或挤塑机的柱塞或螺杆的移动,以很高的压力将粘性流体注入温度较低的闭合模具内,或以很高的压力将粘性流体从所要求形状的口模挤出,得到连续的型材;冷却固化是用冷却的方法使制品从粘流态变成玻璃态.几乎所有高聚物都是利用其粘流态下的流动行为进行加工成型的.表征流动特性的物理量如下: 1.熔融指数值(MELT INDEX) 熔融指数是评价热塑性聚合物特别是聚烯烃的挤压性的一种简单而实用的方法,其定义为: 在一定温度下, 熔融状态的高聚物在一定负荷下, 十分锺内从规定直径和长度的标准毛细管中流出的重量.其一般在熔融指数仪中测定. 可挤压性是指聚合物通过挤压作用形变时获得形状和保持形状的能力, 研究聚合物的挤出性质能对制品的材料和加工工艺作出正确的选择和控制,通常条件下,聚合物在固体状态不能通过挤压而成型,只有当聚合物处于粘流态时才能通过挤压获得宏观而有用的形变.挤压过程中,聚合物熔体主要受到剪切作用,故可挤压性主要取决于熔体的剪切粘度和拉伸粘度.大多数聚物熔体的粘度随剪切力或剪切速率增大而降低.. 熔融指数仪测定在给定剪切力下聚合物的流动度,用定温下10分锺内聚合物从出料孔挤出的重量(克)来表示,其数值就称为熔融指数. 所以流动度,即熔融指数实际上反映了聚合物分子量的大小,分子量较高的聚合物更易于缠结,分子体积更大,故有较大的流动阴力,表现出较高的粘度和低的流动度,亦即熔融指数低. 由于荷重小(1.2kgf)通测定的MI值不能说明注射或挤出成型时聚合物的实际流动性能.但用[MI]值能方便地表示聚合物流动性的高低. 2. 粘度 VISCOSITY ( Psi *S)

Sb 2O 3 is classified as a harmful (Xn) substance with a risk phrase R40 carcinogen class 3. However, the Sb 2O 3 is embedded in an impervious matrix of polymer and is therefore less biological available than the free Sb 2O 3 (see also Section 15). 3. Hazards identification Most important hazards:Hazard warning not required Specific hazards: Vapour and fumes released at elevated processing temperatures may be irritant for the eyes, the nose, the throat and the respiratory tract and in case of overexposure may cause nausea and headache. The material is not classified as being a dangerous preparation according to the EEC-Directive 88/379 and the subsequent amendments. See also Section 15.4. First-Aid measures Inhalation: When fumes of molten material have been inhaled;- Move person to fresh air as quickly as possible - rest in half upright position - loosen clothing - keep warm In case of respiratory problems move person to first aid station for medical treatment.Skin contact: Any molten material on the skin/burns should be cooled (off) as quickly as possible by means of cold water.Cover the wound with sterile cloth and move person to first aid station or hospital for medical treatment.Attention: never pull off the molten material from the wound.Eye contact: Any material entering the eye should be flushed out with copious volumes of water.Ingestion: No danger of toxicity, this material is biologically inactive (see also Section 11). 5. Fire-fighting measures Extinguishing media: Water, water/foam, CO 2, ABC fire extinguisher powder.Specific Hazards: Treat the material as a solid that can burn.
