Peoplewho like travelling have their reasons. They believe that travelling can helpthem expand their field of view, especially in the geographical and historicalsense. They also think that touring will give them more chances to enjoydifferent kinds of food and experience new things that would never be broughtby other activities. But those who dislike travelling also have some

reasons.

They wanted to find out what itlooked like beyond the horizon . Also business travel has been goingon for centuries. Traders could not only make money but also learn to speakseveral languages and be introduced to different cultures.

So,travelling does enrich our mind and draw new ideas to us. There is no doubtthat we can get much from it.

A . for fun

B . for knowledge

C . to get experiences

The main benefit you get from studying abroad isindependence. I feel great to know that you can manage on your own whennecessary. This ability gives you more freedom as well as tolerance. Aftermoving abroad you have to start a totally new life. Setting in a newenvironment is a big challenge for you, but you have to keep in mind that it isonly a small part of studying abroad, and experiences like these can help youbuild your character and understand the world better.

When I went abroad I knew that I had to find a job and learnto handle my money myself. I did not have a choice. I had to manage on my own.I found a job as a mail carrier for the local newspaper. Not all my co-studentswere as lucky as me in finding a job right away. You have to keep in mind thatbesides working you have to attend lectures and do your homework. Carrying mailwas not always an easy job, but thanks to it, I got to know many nice peopleand saw the town and local people from a different view.

Besides looking for a job, I also had to find a place tolive in and take care of everyday chores from cooking to doing laundry. Whenyou have only begun with your independent life, this can be quite a challenge. You don’t have experience, nor does anyone give a helping hand---yo u’re on yourown. So it might happen that the first potato you fry ending up darker thanintended, but

from that on you can only do better.

All the trials you go through increase your independence, teach you a lesson and give you a wonderful experience to manage in difficultsituations in the future. Learning in a new environment and taking fullresponsibility for yourself make your time abroad quite extraordinary.
