08湖北卷高考英语短文写作题考生

分档真文评析

分省命题以来，全国卷和地方卷的短文写作题的选材大致可分做两类，一类是“通用电器”，即该题材适用于一切时代，一切地方之一切考生。另一类是“特色风味”，即该题材有以下三个特征：地域性（例如如上海卷的手机题和轿车题等），地方性（例如04年江苏卷的江城介绍和05年四川卷的景点介绍等）和文化性（例如06年江西卷的中秋节的等待和07年湖北卷的九九敬老节活动等）。2008年湖北卷属于“通用电器”类，“通用电器”类的选材在五年中占了四年。

第四部分：书面表达（满分25分）

假设你是卜曼宜，你购买了一部某外国公司生产的手机，因有质量问题，要求该公司更换。请根据下列要点，用英文写一封电子邮件。

要点：

1. 问题：手机不响铃，不能发短信；

该产品已售完，无法更换；

型号新，无配件，无法维修。

2. 要求：公司应尽快予以更换。

注意：1. 词数为100左右；

2. 参考词汇：配件—— spare part;

3. 电子邮件的开头和结尾已为你写好（不计入你所写词数）；

4. 已给出的电子邮件的开头和结尾不得抄入答题卡。

本题内容属于因消费中的质量问题而引发的商业行为，适于城市考生，但不适于农村考生。我们有理由怀疑该题有歧视农村考生的嫌疑。上海曾经考过“手机用户增长情况并分析原因”和“轿车进入千万家”这两个只有大都市才能考的主题。然而湖北省的农村考生占了绝大部分，这样的选材显然并不适当，有违考试公平。一般而论，命题所引发的考试公平问题主要表现为对考生的六大歧视上，即文化风俗歧视（含宗教歧视）、民族歧视、性别歧视、城乡歧视、文理歧视和年龄歧视等。本题属于城乡歧视范畴。

本题以“某外国公司生产的手机”作为事件主因似乎不太符合目前我国手机生产的实际情况。2007年湖北卷的老人节敬老活动题杜撰痕迹已够明显了，今年又杜撰一个“假想机”。目前我国的手机生产已经占到世界大部份额，而且，中国的山寨机已经能仿制甚至超过别国真机功能。众所周知，国内绝大部分商品手机，即使是外国品牌，也是在国内生产，根本不需要给外国公司写信寄什么配件！

本题场景的设置也不符合我省中学生的生活实际。第一，买得起外国品牌的中学生只可能是少数。第二，即便买的是外国品牌的手机，也可能是贴牌，而且是“中国制造”。第三，发一封电子邮件当然更换不了手机，因为所买商品手机必须邮寄过去才可能更换。因此，随件附信可能更合情理。凡此种种都说明本题场景设置不大真实。

卜曼宜这个名字很有些洋气和时鲜气，这比全国卷以及某些地方卷常用的老气的人名李华同学要新鲜多了。只不过这个名字除了洋气之外还多了一些神气，也多了一些灵气。说“神气”是因为卜曼宜的读音极像“不蛮易”，好像是说这个短文写作不蛮容易吧，难怪本题成了五年来最难的作文呢。一个不经意的名字竟成谶语，不能不说有些“神气”！而说“灵气”是因为卜曼宜的读音还很像“不满意”，可能是对场景的不真实和得分的不容易两桩事情不满意早有预感吧，令人惊叹其预见之“灵”！

本题写作形式虽称写邮件，但是没有邮件的格式要求，因此，只能归类短文写作。请参见拙文《2007高考英语短文写作命题规律及走势》。2009年的范文所给词数是历年来最少的。五年整体地看，基本不脱“词数为100左右”的要求。这和其他一些改革较力省份的短文写作词数要求还有一定的差距。从写作的控制程度看，本题仍然属于半控制作文（sem i-controlled writing）。从难度看，五年全省平均分（理科）维持在11分左右，今年为10.94，是历年的最低点。请参看下表。

尽管本题有这样或那样的瑕疵，仍不失为一个具备检测功能的好题。该题区分度为0. 82。

以下对2008湖北卷所给范文及湖北考生考场真实作文做一简要评析，以期一线备考师生读过后别有会心，能对高考备考有所裨益。

第四部分：书面表达（满分25分）

一、评分原则

1．本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。

2．评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分。由于本次写作内容已明确给出，因此评分档次的确定应侧重于语言的表达。

3．词数少于80和多于120的，从总分中减去2分。（历年都有这一条）

4．评分时，应注意的主要内容为：内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性、上下文的连贯性及语言的得体性。

5．拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面，评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。

6．如书写较差，以至影响交际，将分数降低一个档次。

二、内容要点

1．问题：手机不响铃，不能发短信；

第五档（很好）：（21-25分）要点完整，表达清楚，无重大语法错误。

完成了试题规定的任务。

--覆盖主要内容。

--应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求。

--语法结构或词汇方面应用基本准确，些许错误主要是因为尝试较复杂语法结构或词汇所致。

--应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文结构紧凑。

达到了预期的写作目的。

第三档（适当）：（11-15分）尚能表达，缺少多个要点，语法错误较多。

基本完成了试题规定的任务。

--基本覆盖主要内容。

--应用的语法结构或词汇能基本满足任务的要求。

--有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误，但不影响理解。

--应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文内容连贯。

整体而言，基本达到了预期的写作目的。

第二档（较差）：（6-10分）表达含糊不清，不能成篇。

未恰当完成试题规定的任务。

--漏掉或未描述清楚一些主要内容，写了一些无关内容。

--语法结构单调、词汇项目有限。

--有较多语法结构或词汇方面的错误，影响了对写作内容的理解。

--较少使用语句间的连接成分，内容缺少连贯性。

信息未能清楚地传达给读者。

第一档（差）：（1-5分）动了笔，仅罗列了不成句的单词。

未完成试题规定的任务。

--明显遗漏主要内容，写了一些无关内容，原因可能是未理解试题要求。

--语言支离破碎，有很多语法结构或词汇方面的错误，影响对写作内容的理解。--缺乏语句间的连接万分，结构紊乱，内容不连贯。

信息未能传达给读者。
