【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical nursing methods and effect of expired pregnancy.Methods We choosed 60 cases expired pregnancy pregnant women in our hospital, and used nursing intervention, to observe the pregnancy outcome and other indexes.Results All pregnant women were successful delivery, and we found no fetal deaths.ConclusionThe nursing intervention of expired pregnancy can effectively ensure the success of maternal childbirth, and reduce the incidence of complications.%目的：探讨过期妊娠的临床护理方法及效果。方法选择我院收治的60例过期妊娠孕妇，积极进行护理干预，观察妊娠结局等情况。结果所有孕妇均顺利分娩，未发现胎儿死亡情况。结论积极进行过期妊娠产妇的护理干预工作能够有效保证产妇的顺利分娩，并降低并发症发生率。【总页数】2页(217-218)
