建立临床教学新模式的必要性研究

【摘要】传统医学教育模式导致我国医学教育目前难以适应新型医患关系的变化以及新

时期医务人员培养目标的要求，因此需要通过健全教学工作制度，提高临床教学质量，完善临

床教学内容和课程体系，优化临床教学模式和手段等有效途径建立临床教学新模式。

世界卫生组织早在1992年就对未来医务人才提出“五星级医生”的要求，即提供良好的医疗服务；能做出正确决策；较好的沟通能力；社区服务的领导者；善于管理的管理者，具有时代性、全球性、系统性强，人文、职业特色鲜明等特点，较充分地体现医学模式转变、卫生保健国际化、医学教育的人文性和医学科学教育紧密结合的医学教育改革和发展的趋势。

1 传统医学教育模式的影响

1．1 我国医学教育目前难以适应新型医患关系的变化。《执业医师法》、《医疗事故处

理条例》对医生在执业过程中的错误及过失的处理作出明确规定，要求保证医生执业活动的正确性与合法性，这是保护患者基本权利的要求，也是医学人道主义原则的主旨所在。而我国传统医学课程几乎没有设置专门的医患关系、交流技能等课程，导致医学生的医患关系意识淡
