R134a热力性质的简易计算公式

摘 要 本文选择提供了一组简单的制冷工质热力性质基本计算方程,并推导了相应的焓和熵的计算公式,能在制冷、空调工程的实用工作温度和压力范围内很方便的计算R134a的热力性质,具有能满足工程要求的合理计算精度。状态方程采用截断至第二维里系数的简单维里方程,因此全部方程和公式形式简单,计算方便,当已知压力和温度计算其它热力性质参数无须任何迭代运算。文中还拟合了R134a的Antoine蒸汽压方程常数,可用于-40℃-60℃的温度范围,有较高的饱和蒸汽压计算精度。全部方程及公式适合工程设计应用。

R134a现已广泛地得到应用,有关其热力性质的计算方程也发表了许多[1,2,3],用这些方程也制作了相应的R134a热力性质图表。由于这些文献在计算R134a热力性质时都使用的是非常复杂的多常数气体状态方程,导致整套计算公式特别是焓和熵的计算式非常繁复,在工程设计中直接使用这些方程和计算式很不方便,有时也不必要。在某些场合下,一组简单、便于使用并具有合理计算精度的R134a热力性质计算方程和公式可能更适合工程设计计算使用,为此作者经过计算对比,选择出了一组能满足上述要求的R134a热力性质的简易计算方程,在工程实用的压力温度范围内可供使用。

1 基本方程

包括气体状态方程、理想气体比热容方程、饱和蒸汽压方程和饱和液体比容方程。基本方程的选择以便于计算、精度合理为准则。

1.1 气体状态方程

采用简单的截断至第二维里系数的维里方程,即

没有用展为压力的幂级数形式的维里方程。计算对比表明式(1)的计算精度更好。

式(1)为比容的二次方程,求比容时很方便,但在接近临界区时,无比容的实根。

第二维里系数B采用Pitzer--Abbott关联式计算,即

BPc/RTc=B0+ωB(1) (2)

B(0)=0.083-0.422Tr-1.6 (3)

B(1)=0.139-0.122Tr-4.2 (4)

式中Tr=T/Tc。

对比计算表明,用式(2)至式(4)计算B,再由式(1)计算R134a比容的精度不低于用更复杂的其它关联式计算B时的精度。

1.2 饱和蒸气压方程

用文献[1]提供的方程

式中π1=-3.35346×10 3,π2=1.83606×10,π3=-2.90804×10-3,π4=2.78366。

上式适用于-40℃至临界温度。在已知压力求饱和温度时,须由式(5)迭代计算。为计算方便,作者根据文献[4]中R134a蒸汽压实验数据,在-40℃-60℃的温度范围内回归了R134a的Antoine方程常数,得出了R134a的Antoine方程,即

式中a=14.72417,b=2252.088,c=-24.34848。与实验蒸汽压数据相比,式(6)的平均计算偏差为0.077%;与式(5)相比,平均计算偏差为0.11%。式(6)使用方便,可据需要使用。

1.3 理想气体比热容方程

由文献[1],c0=19.4006,c1=2.58531×10-1,c2=-1.29665×10-4。

1.4 饱和液比容方程 

用Yamada-Gunn饱和液比容方程,即

式中T R r=T R/T c,V R为任一参考温度T R下的饱和液比容。由文献[5],在25℃时R134a饱和液体密度为1203kg/m3。

2 焓和熵计算式

有了以上4个基本方程,就可导出其余热力性质参数计算式。

2.1 汽化潜热

采用Watson关联式计算,即根据某一温度T1下的汽化潜热r1推算其它任一温度下的汽化潜热值。

式中Tr1=T1/Tc。以正常沸点汽化潜热作为已知值,由文献[1]有R134a正常沸点为-26.1℃,正常沸点汽化潜热为215.8kJ/kg。

2.2 蒸汽焓

由热力学微分关系,可推导出焓与熵的计算式。

式中h0为与基准点焓值规定有关的常数。

2.3 饱和液焓

2.4 蒸汽熵

s=(1/M)(c0lnT+c1T+c2(T2/2))-Rln(RT/V)-(BR/V)-(RT/V)(dB/dT)+s0 (12)

式中s0为与基准点熵值规定有关的常数。

2.5 饱和液熵

s′=s″-(r/T)(13)

若规定以-40℃的饱和液为基准状态并规定基准状态的焓和熵分别为0kJ/kg和0kJ/kg·K,则

h0=118.2200kJ/kg,s0=-0.3041504kJ/kg·K。

3 计算及讨论

用以上方程和计算式,在-30℃至60℃的实用温度范围内,对R134a的饱和热力性质作了计算。由文献[1],Pc=4056kPa,Tc=374.205K,由文献[4],ω=0.325。蒸汽压方程用式(5)。

各项参数的计算值与文献值[1]的平均偏差见表1。

由表1可见,用这套简明的方程和计算公式,在实用的饱和温度范围内计算R134a能得到令人满意的计算结果。对饱和蒸汽各项热力性质参数的平均计算偏差均在1.0%以内,对汽化潜热和饱和液比容的计算偏差则在0.5%以内,饱和液的焓和熵的计算偏差略大,约为3%~4%之间,但也在工程计算允许精度内。总的来说,这套方程和公式可以可靠的应用于制冷、空调装置的工程设计中。

热力性质计算的繁简,在很大程度上取决于气体状态方程的选用。本文选择了最简单的截断维里型状态方程,从而使全部方程和焓、熵计算式都很简明,使用很方便。截断至第二维里系数的简单维里方程,在工程上常用于压力低于2MPa的使用范围,尤其在气体密度小于二分之一临界密度的条件下,能较好地计算气体体积和其它热力性质。对极性气体,计算误差有所增大。对R134a这一强极性气体,本文的计算表明,采用展为比容的倒幂级数型的截断维里方程和最简单的Pitzer-Abbott第二维里系数关联式,可得到较好的热力性质计算结果。若用同样为截断至第二维里系数,但展开为压力的幂级数形式的简单维里方程,则在同样的饱和温度内,R134a比容的平均计算偏差要为3.0%。由此可以看出,同样是截断至第二维里系数的维里方程,形式不同,计算精度会有较大的差别,宜根据被计算物质的不同加以选用。对R134a,本文对状态方程的选择是合适的。

4 结论

选择出一组计算简单的热力性质基本方程来计算R134a的热力性质,推导了相应的焓和熵计算式。其中状态方程采用了截断至第二维里系数的简单维里方程,第二维里系数采用Pitzer-Abbott关联式,全部方程和计算式形式简单,便于计算。在实用的温度、压力范围内,计算精度令人满意,能方便可靠地应用于工程设计中。
