南京市内金川河治理对策和成效分析

摘要：自2015年起，南京市为贯彻落实国务院“水十条”行动计划，逐步开展和推进消除城市建成区黑臭水体整治行动，本文基于笔者近年参与的南京市黑臭河道整治工作，以南京市内金川河治理为例，首先介绍该区域水系现状，然后阐述了治理思路及对策，最后进行成效分析，为其他城市的河道水环境整治提供了一种借鉴。

Abstract：Since 2015，to implement the State Council's “Water Ten” action plan， Nanjing promotes the elimination of black and stinky rivers in urban built-up areas. This article is based on the author's involvement in the regulation of black and stinky rivers of Nanjing in recent years. The river training in Jinchuanhe of Nanjing was taken as an example， water status in this region was introduced firstly， the train of thought and Countermeasures of governance were expounded， and the effectiveness was analyzed lastly. provide reference for the regulation of black and stinky rivers in other cities.
