2、检查学生的作业情况，让个别学生到黑板完成教师评讲，最后播放音乐让学生跟着录音唱歌再换上新的歌词跟着旋律唱。

3、请六个学生到教室前面来。让他们每人从课本第36页任意挑选一个单词，写在黑板上。其他学生看着黑板，教师在每个单词中的y下划线。

4、教师示范正确的发音/j/学生跟读。

5、指出ay在这些单词中的读音有别于以y结尾的单词如：sunny, cloudy等词的读音。

6、让学生看着书上的图画，然后播放录音，让学生边听边指着录音所读到的每个单词。

7、让学生跟录音读单词。在学生充分练习以后，教师任意指着图画，让学生说出单词。

8、教师在黑板上写say, way, May, play, today, playground。
