摘要：天河金融中心作为国际甲A级智能化大厦，天河金融中心楼宇控制系统采用西门子的DDC控制设备为大厦提供各机电设备智能化管理，为中心创造舒适、和谐、节能的商务环境。它将根据本中心的性质、用途特点，采用先进、成熟的软件技术和系统集成技术，将各类弱电子系统形成一个统一的、相互关联的、相互协调联动的综合管理系统，实现楼宇综合信息的高度共享。其目的是对大楼各子系统进行集中的监视、控制与管理，有效地提升大厦的管理水平，方便用户对大楼的综合管理。
