如何写一封邀请函(回函)

一、写作指导

写这类文章时应注意以下几个方面：

1.邀请函基本结构：（1）称呼：Dear…, ；（2）发出邀请；（3）为何邀请细节；（4）期望参加；（5）结束语：Yours / Yours Truly/ Truly/ Sincerely/ Sincerely Yours / Yours Sincerely/Regards / Best Regards…，；（6）签名：签写信人的名字（给出）。

正式的邀请函的格式（信头、地址、客套话等）齐全，内容为书面语。非正式的邀请函格式不全，语句随便，多为口语。回复邀请函时不管是否接受邀请，首先都要表示感谢。若接受，就表明自己非常高兴能够参加；若拒绝，就要写明拒绝的原因，并对此表示遗憾，另外要表达对活动的良好祝愿。

2. 时态上以一般现在时为主，人称主要是第一人称。

六．附录：建议信的写法（以“第一次月考书面表达”为例）
