基于应变响应测量弓网接触力的新方法

摘要:弓网动态接触力是评估弓网受流质量、接触网状态和滑板磨耗情况、诊断接触网局部缺陷的关键参数。

考虑现有接触力检测方法存在的不足与缺陷,提出了一种基于光纤应变传感器测定接触力的方法.首先对受电 弓弓头进行结构简化,分析了弓头集中力与应变响应的关系,建立了新的弓网接触力计算模型;其次,基于弓网 混合模拟实验台进行了静态实验,验证了响应关系线性假设并对滑板等效刚度和等效长度进行标定,以及多组 动态加载实验验证测量方法的有效性,并借助仿真进一步验证其高频工况的可靠性;最后,对惯性力修正前后的 接触力测量结果与实际接触力进行了对比实验.研究结果表明:惯性力对接触力的贡献随频率的增加而增大,不 考虑惯性力情况下,l〇Hz时接触力最小值和最大值的测量误差分别达26.57%和11. 13% ,已不可忽视;修正后 接触力测量值与实际值能较好的吻合,最小值和最大值的测量误差降为3.12%和1.54%,测量误差小.

Abstract:Pantograph dynamic contact force is the key factor for assessing the current collection quality of a pantograph, operation conditions of the catenary, abrasion on the pantograph slide, and the localized defect detection of the catenary. Taking into account the drawbacks of currently used methods, a new contact force measuring method based on optical fibre strain sensors is proposed.

First, the pantograph head was simplified to a freely supported beam, the strain responses under the effect of a concentrated force acting on the pantograph head were analysed, and a new model for calculating the contact force was developed. Next, the linear relationship between the strain responses and the acting force was proved via static tests, and the equivalent stiffness and equivalent strip length were calibrated via static tests.
