4 大规模储能技术在风力发电中的应用研究【国网联合】

大规模储能技术在风力发电中的应用研究

摘要:风力发电输出功率具有随机性和间歇性等特点,决定了其要大规模发展必须有先进的储能技术作支撑。本文详细分析了我国大规模风电并网所面临的问题,为应对风电并网所带来的问题,分析了大规模储能技术应用于风电中可以平滑风电输出功率、增强系统稳定性、“削峰填谷”以及发挥风电分布式供电优势等方面的优势和所带来的经济效益;详细分析了可适用于风电的储能技术的种类与研究现状,并根据各种储能技术的优缺点分析了储能技术发展趋势;指出了大规模储能发展所面临的体制和政策制约并给出了建议。

Technology in Wind Power

Abstract: The random and intermittent characteristics of wind power output power determine that the large-scale development of wind power must be to have the support of advanced energy storage technology. The challenges for large-scale wind power integration ale summarized. With regard to the problems in system stability,low voltage ride-through (LVRT)ability of wind turbines,peak load shifting, distributed power advantages and economical operation of the power system, the recent progress of solutions based on the energy storage technology is discussed. The applicable wind power types of energy storage technologies and research status is analyzed in detail, and the trends of various energy storage technologies are introduced according to their advantages and disadvantages. The organization and policy constraints are illustrated which the development of large-scale energy storage technology faced, and some policy suggestions are proposed for the application of energy storage technology.
